Toddler won't stop crying

I seem to be having a bit of trouble. My family's toddler started crying after some needs dropped low. So the needs were tended to and she was put to bed and fell asleep. All normal. All good.

Except that according to everyone else on the lot, she was still crying. I wait until her needs are full, and try playing with her. Still crying, her portrait is still orange, but her actual mood is now 'elated.' I reset her. Still crying. I reset EVERYONE. Still crying. It's been almost a whole in-game day. If not for the moodlet manager, all my sims would be passing out from lack of sleep. Any idea how to fix this?

Have you tried saving and returning to the main menu then starting the game again. Or maybe try reseting the town. I think it is reset*

I haven't tried returning to the main menu, but I've saved and quit and brought the game all the way down and all the way back up. I've tried resetsim *, but I'll try that, too.

Sometimes moving the household to the clipboard then back into their original house can solve weird in game problems.

I'll need to ask if that's allowed for a dynasty file, but I'll try that if it is, or if any other solution does not fix.
