Gwenyth's Dojo DynastyRecent events left the Dojo clan puzzled and grieving, with so many questions. Where had Gwenyth gone? Why would Samura let herself die? Would either of them ever be heard from again? What were they supposed to do now?
One Dojo, however, seems significantly less puzzled than the rest.
Rhoxi: "Thank you all for gathering here to--ah, my ring! I'm so happy to be a newlywed!"
Rhoxi: "Um, ahem! As I was saying. Gage, as the new patriarch of the family, I believe this is for you."
Gage: "A book? Thank you, Rhoxi; I do love books! But I'm a little confused."
Rhoxi: "It's the last one I ever wrote. Samura shared some of what was coming with me, before she---well.
I think if you read it, it will give you at least some of the answers."
Rhoxi: "It's called
Gwenyth's Dojo Dynasty."
Gage: "I see, so Gwenyth has left to found her own dynasty in order to get Carmen back. It figures; Grim's tasks are never easy.
That explains at least some of what happened, but what about Samura?"
Rhoxi: "She didn't share that part with me, but . . . I think you should all drink your young again potions and, well, we should try to carry on with our lives.
I think that's what grams would have wanted."
Gage: "To my grandmother, Samura!"
Everette: "She was a right fine woman, always well mannered."
Percival: "And a brave soul."
Darcy: "She had good taste, too. Always appreciated my best nectars."
Lilith: "She inspired me to become a witch, you know."
Everyone: "To Samura!"
Darcy: "Well, we've got a plane to France to catch."
Lilith: "Bye, dad. Fly safe."
Darcy: "You'll come visit, yes?"
Lilith: You know it, dad."
Gage: "Bye, Doreen."
Darcy and Doreen leave for France--golden sun bathed hills, the finest grapes, a ranch for their horses, and who knows how many little nooboos running around the countryside?
Gage: "And we've got a boat to catch. One way trip for four to Sunlit Tides."
Rhoxi: "Bye, mom."
Lilith: "Good-bye, sweetie. I'm so happy for you and Lester. Send me pics of the grandkids when they come, yes?"
Rhoxi: "Haha, don't worry. I won't make you wait long!"
Gage, Marivell, Rhoxi, and Lester head for Sunlit Tides--island paradise, the best fishing, and the place where shiny, happy people run barefoot along the shore. How many adorable pink-boos will soon be running around the island?
Percival: "Good-bye, Lil. Where are you headed?"
Lilith: "I'm thinking about Twinbrook. It seems like a nice quiet place for a witch to get some privacy."
Lilith heads out to Twinbrook--will she become a lone witch out in the marsh for children to tell scary stories about, or will she finally tie the knot with someone special?
Everette: "Goodbye, son."
Percival: "I'm worried about you, dad. Are you really going to stay here alone?"
Everette: "I'll be fine, just take care of yourself."
Percival heads out to destinations unknown--where will the wind carry this brave man, and will he get a second chance at the marital bliss he never had with Shawnya?
Everette remains alone in the Dojo mansion.
Afterall, I hear there's a bachelorette around here that he's just dying to meet.
Samura's Dojo Dynasty is complete, but Gwenyth's adventures have only just begun.
Good night, sweet Samura.THE END
