Unfortunately, no   but you can give pointy ears, pert little noses and elusive eyes to any Sim you want.   If that's your thing, of course.

I would have to hand back my dynasty queen crown and that would not do at all. I wish I could rainbow-fy all my spouses and heirs it would make life so much easier.
