1) You cannot use LTR to get simbot for your monster maker lifetime wish.  Since the LTR simbot is automatically added to the household, this breaks the rule.
2) You will have to use simbot created from inventing or mummies for your lifetime wish.
3) The simbot created from inventing must be released into the wild upon completion.  You can use that simbot for your best friend requirement.

I had already bought the simbot from the LTR and had it move out. Am I disqualified for HOF cause of that?
Mummies summoned join the household to so they wouldn't work if so.

I think you might have been disqualified. Unless you bought the LTR before the rules were clarified.

Only mummies and simbots count as monsters for monster maker lifetime wish.  The summoned mummy is added to the household.

I did mention mummy would join the household, maybe I should have bolded the words.

It's not my call by any means, but I believe that mysteriousways143 is actually still HOF eligible.

You can't, no changing lifetime wish for this dynasty.  You can still complete this monster maker lifetime wish, use inventing skill to make simbot.

Question - in the tasks, it doesn't say unique RI, just RI. Does that mean I could use an age stick werewolf for my RI every time?

Correct.  Teen's romantic interest does not have to be unique.

LTR is for the rewards not the Lifetime Wish which is LTW

I just had an idea for wishes that I don't think is banned.

I have a male vampire sim. They try for baby with a vampire outside the home, resulting in vampire children - not the heirs because they can't be. Then they pop wishes - EX Get Married or Have Five Children. Would that be allowed?

No. They can't have any children until after their requirements are done, no matter how ineligible for heirship they may be.
