Thanks to Turoskel and Shirin for your responses. :)

Now, the important part in this is : How much chance do one have to death by ranting about the death?
Because all this time I try to rant about the death, they always died, so I assume it was 100%, is it true?

Yes, it is an 100% chance. Which was the other half of the reason that that ghost type is "founders only." :P

Ok, this is probably already been discussed, but I just want to make sure that I'm doing it right.
Say generation 4 maxes logic for the 5,000 point wish to Max Logic, would it be ok for generation 7 to max the logic skill (not taking the 5000 point wish) to go after the skill challenges?
Basically if a Sim maxes a skill for the 5K wish, can someone else max that skill (obviously not taking the 5K wish) in order to receive skill challenges?
I was put in an awkward situation with my werewolf. He became a Ghost Hunter to fulfill the career requirements, but he ended up leveling in the career so fast he didn't roll the wish to max it (which would have been his last 5k wish), but he did immediately roll the wish to max the logic skill. I went ahead and did that (I was going to leave him at level 6 otherwise) but now I worry I might have just sacrificed all the great things that come with the logic skill. I should be able to scrape by with other skills, but I just want to be sure in case I need to have a back up plan.

They can max the logic skill again for the skill challenges unless someone else already claimed the logic skill certificate as a unique career reward.

Ok, just reiterating to make sure I understand you correctly. If my werewolf had used the logic skill certificate for their career reward (thankfully he didn't, he used his two ribbons) then I wouldn't be permitted (challenge legally) to use the skill challenges for another generation. Right?

You can't max the skill if someone used the certificate as a career reward, because then a certificate is awarded to them and it's no longer unique. You could still do the challenges, but the difficulty of getting them done without maxing the skill is too much trouble in my opinion. :P

Because your werewolf didn't use the logic certificate as one of his unique rewards, then another heir can max the skill and do the challenges too. It just removes the logic certificate as an eligible career reward for an heir to count.

Sorry, me again!
Ok this is going to drive me mad. I'll explain the whole story with some background.
I've been working on this Life state's dynasty attempt for a few months on and off. I'm finally on my last Sim, I'm really thiiiiiiis close to being done with his requirements and I'm having a problem. My game has been crashing a lot more lately (I understand that that can happen in older files) but I have a crash log analyzer to check it out and it's telling me my memory is maxed. I've never had this problem before this week, in fact these past two days only have been when the crashing has occurred. Last night the crashing got so bad I lost a week of massive progress (and had to redo my last Sims teen years), which I got back on my horse and tried again. He now has all of his requirements except for two opportunities, two 5k wishes (that were about to roll anyways, as he was cranking out nectar), and a skill challenge (also about to be completed after a few days of pure nectar making). I went to save last night before quitting and my game seemed to crash in the middle of saving. I freaked out and immediately reloaded the game to see if I had done serious damage. It seemed fine at the time, it loaded fine and everything was in place. I figured the crash must have happened either towards the end of the saving or after it had finished, so I quit for the night. I loaded the game up for today and paused it to check a few things out when all of the sudden it crashed after a minute. Now I'm willing to believe I didn't make it out of that crash-while-saving bit alive.
I have a SaveAs save of him as a teenager, but I really don't want to have to re-do all of my work.
The point when he was a teenager I had no 5k wishes, no skill challenges, no best friend, no opportunities, no LTRs, and all of his mausoleum items would be gone too. Obviously I'd go back if I had no other option, but I want to try putting Overwatch and Errortrap in to see if that can keep my save alive long enough to finish. May I try that and still qualify for HOF? Does anyone have any suggestions?

**Edit to say: I did a test on the save and it seemed to help alleviate the problem a little bit. When I tested it (for about 10 minutes or so) the game did not crash at all, which sure beats the one-minute issue I was having with my other save. It may not permanently fix my issues, but it would be enough to help me finish.

Livvie, your problem sounds a lot familiar to me. My past game saving had lots and lots of error that I usually should save every 5 minutes.
By any chance, did you use a lot of custom contents? If yes, it might be what your problem is.
Too much CC would make the game easily error in just a little time.

I appreciate your response!
No, I use minimal CC, I have maybe 3-4 things that are CC, one being eyes the other being skin. The game has been going for a long time, which is why I'm confused. I've never had issues with this file I haven't been able to fix. I'm ok week 32 and just two days ago my game started to have issues with memory (I've never had that before in the 2 years I've had this powerful computer). I haven't changed a single thing. I understand that crashing comes with the territory of larger game files/longer game files, but I ended up having a damaging crash happen while I was saving. I can make it work if I add Overwatch and Errortrap to keep it clean, but otherwise it crashes after a minute of getting on without those.
If given permission, I'll put both Overwatch and Errortrap in and limp to the finish line before I do a complete factory reset (as it seems new files have caught my issue with memory, so I'm just going to start clean after this). I'm on my last Sim with maybe a week left. He literally only has to complete his 2 saved 5k wishes (make the $150 bottle of nectar, which I have the perfect life fruit for and marry his sweetheart), as well as make a few more batches of nectar for his last skill challenge and grab a few opportunities (which I have prepped and ready for when needed). I just need the game to stay open long enough to complete it, which is why I'm asking if it would be ok to use those mods.
I do have a save-as I did, but it goes all the way back to his teen years, and I can run with that if the challenge team says so, but when I'm just so close to finishing it's hard to have to imagine redoing all of my work again (this is the second time I've lost a decent amount of work on this character). I really just want to get this out of the way so I can do a total overhaul of my Sims folder and see if that improves the problems I've been having in brand new save files as well as old.

@LivvieLove you have permission to use Overwatch and Errortrap as a temp fix. I would prefer you not keep them active as you play if that's possible. Can you run them to fix what's wrong and them turn them off?

Yes, that should do the trick, I just need something to kick it into gear and fix the stuff at startup. I can most certainly turn them off after getting going! Thank you so much!

@LivvieLove

Congratulations on finishing your life state dynasty.  Can you please send me a private message with a screenshot of all 7 life states, and answers to the following questions, I will get you added to our HOF.

I'm having a problem starting with just 7000 in the household funds..
I have done the control shift C testingcheatenabled true
then typed in  familyfunds [Marosa] 7000

Once I have pressed enter nothing happens. Anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do to solve this? Or is it alright that I start with more than 7000?

Also, it looks like you left out the second s in testingcheatsenabled true, but maybe that was just in your post not in your game.
