I was looking at the rewards for the film career's actor branch. I know you get the trailer at level 10, but at what level do you get the Simmy/Sim Choice Award/Green Orb Award? I'm pretty intent on making my last heir an actress and I just need to gauge how long I have to have her work.

Speaking of my last heir, I finally got her after three non-heirs and lots of frustration on my end.

My director got them after he became a director in the last couple of promotions.  Just don't remember what levels.  I'm not sure about the acting career so I'd have to double check it in a test file.

Pets are allowed to come and go. The restriction is purely Sims.

I don't remember this coming up in the thread before--I never realised that genies are in the baby life stage twice as long as other babies. My vampire babies had normal life stages. I checked to make sure I was still on the Normal life setting and I am. Now I have to wait five more days before they age up! This completely throws off my plan to get them on honour roll. HAs anyone else noticed this? Is it normal?

I didn't have that issue. Ishtar and Inanna (both Gen5 genies) had the same baby life stage span as Aradia (their triplet witch sister).

Did anyone use the genie wish for a longer life at any point? This thread says that wishing for a longer life is hereditary and it affects all stages of life.

If not, well, I'm out of ideas.

Oh, ugh. I didn't realise it was hereditary. Their father did wish for longer life. Is that breaking the rules if it affects the children? Are all of the rest of the generations going to get this? I'm going to be cursed with 6-day baby life stages!

Okay. In the meantime I suppose I'll just wait until their birthday to age them up to toddler. Perhaps in the future I would be able to age them up on the day their birthday is actually meant to be, and use that as the deadline for requirements? I'll wait for you to confirm that with Metro.
