Lots of zaps with the moodlet manager? Quit cleaning up the house (fire the maid!). Remove anything that improves hygiene. Replace the good stove/fridge with the cheap ones. If they're technophobes, lots of technology!

Or just make a small area that is a pit of pure unadulterated pain. Lock them there everytime it's quittin' time. :P

Just wanted to post this here in the interest of completeness - the skill challenges from the 3 new UL skills --

Science -
Free Range Scientist - Analyze a total of 100 items
Experienced Experimentalist - Conduct 100 experiments

Street Art -
Always wanted - 5 Masterpieces
Master Muralist - 10 murals
Precision Sprayer - 30 street art projects

Social Networking -
Blog Baron - sell 5 blogs
Professional Greeter - meet 25 Sims via the SimFinder app
Matchmaker - change relationship of 30 Sims to RI or partner via the transmogrifier

Does anything that you can create via Science count to be placed (I think they can all be obtained through other means, so I'm not sure). Also, would spraypainting  murals into the mausoleum count?

Rica said in the University FAQ post that samples from science and street art pieces are both valid mausoleum collections.

So we just build our own house and such on that lot?

I have another question as well. Would making an Imaginary Friend "real" count as "bringing in" a spouse? Or would I have to find an Imaginary Friend that was turned into a real person by another family and move them in in order to create an heir?

As long as it's your heir's IF and you're sure that you want to make the next heir with it, that's how you bring in an IF. You can't find them in the wild. :P

Yeeeaaaahhh, that's why I was asking. x) Thanks though!
Sorry if some of my questions seem silly. I'm just new to this whole challenge thing and I don't want to do anything wrong!

Keep in mind that there are no stupid questions, and the Challenge Board Team and the rest of us are fine with answering them. Good luck!

And to answer your previous, yes you build your own house.

Because there is no particular starting lot here, other than "Empty that is no more than 9600 simoleans" - this means you can essentially your pick own lot and build to your preference.
