Otherwise all requirements have to be finished before you even choose the "try for baby" option.

What if i know a few requirements can be completed in 2 days (before baby is born), can I still try for baby before all the requirements are met?

No.   Unless you are specifically using a baby wish, then you have to wait to try for baby until all requirements are finished.     Because even if you think they can be completed.  What if they're not?  That's a failure.

The rule is you cannot try for a baby until all requirements are met.  If you have to use one of the baby wishes.  All other requirements have to be met before try for baby and then they must be maintained while the heir is still pregnant.

I try!  Good luck!   Back to testing the patch,  as far as I know the rabbit holes are not fixed.  I'm testing that theory now.

Sorry another question:  Can I bring in a partner to the household before the heir meets all the requirements?

A partner can be brought in by the heir as soon as the option is available.  So your heir can do it as soon as they reach YA.   Just remember that whoever is brought in is the only person beyond children that person can bring in.  There is no switching if the partner dies.

Conserning ghosts - if a Sim (specifically zombies) dies on the lot and you keep their grave on your lot to be used as a spouse for a future heir, does that count as having the spouse before the heir is at a marriageable age? I don't mean moving them in as a playable ghost - just 'storing' the graves.

No.  Only the heir can make the ghost a member of the household but just storing the ghost is perfectly fine.  It's what I've been doing lol.

The Sims 3 Life States Dynasty

**Extending Life** You may not use any method to extend an heir's life until they have completed all their requirements. Once all requirements are completed, then you are free to use whatever methods you wish to extend an heir's life. All 7 life states must be alive at the end of the dynasty. Non-heir household members are not tied to these restrictions.

Does that mean I am allowed to throw Life extending potions that don't change lifestate onto townies?

Yes you can. Even Rica did it to preserve Gunther Goth for future generations.

That's wonderful, thank you!  ;D
So I can keep making plans for a dynasty in Aurora Skies. There are so many interesting characters I want to use.

Before you start - Just remember Aurora Skies has combined rabbit holes and the Edit Town Rules haven't been updated for it yet.  Unless you don't care about property then it's ok.

Thank you for the hint.
Currently I'm just playing with the genetics to see how my founder has to look like to produce some handsome descendants.

Would the awesome machine thing you get at level nine of the science career count as a career reward?
