Great list! I hope they link it to the rules. You could add "Discover all Potions" under Logic for people who have Generations.

After reading this I have been checking the Gypsy Camp and Varg's several times a day and night along with the graveyard, still not a single moth.  I just think this is really odd since it's supposed to be the most common butterfly. 

I wanted to see if anyone else was having this problem, and there are a couple of threads on the Sims Forums with people not being able to find moths within the past few days.  Is there any way I can get them to spawn with a cheat, and would this be allowed in this case?

I believe that butterflies (moths) only spawn in the daytime.  At night mine all de-spawn and only fireflies are out.

Most cheats are not allowed.  I'm going to try a new game and see if I can them to spawn for me again.   Then I'll see what Metro thinks.

Odie - That list is beautiful.   I will be linking to it soon from the rules/FAQ.   If you want, I'll add the potions one myself as soon as I get the name of it from another file.

Wow, this is hard! But it is fun.

My first attempt (which will be followed by at least one more) got me a handy, nurturing, perfectionist, heavy sleeper supernatural fan. I immediately put her in the firefighting career. She got burgled by Robin Steal (hehe) on the second day, and making friends was difficult due to her ghostly nature. Things got progressively slower because everyone she did meet would initially think "yikes, a ghost!" and then of course they all got the memory for seeing a ghost. 

I abandoned the attempt when I got a bugged job that wouldn't end after giving up and going home, which usually works to end a bugged job, even though it lowers the experience bar - it was also the same building disaster she did (and completed) the previous day. As I quit, I realized that I probably could have quit and rejoined the career, but she hadn't really made much progress at all in her skills due to the game lag and low needs. Had I known better, I would've started going spouse shopping/cultivating immediately while waiting on joining the career, and also started her off with a cat to help with her LTW (The Zoologist - I haven't seen any animals so far). I also would've kept her outside so that I could afford a nice bed.

Anyway, I'm going to restart with the same sim (different traits of course) when the memory patch for Seasons comes out. That way it'll help with my other dynasty too.

The way I understand it is that 5k wishes have to be completed BEFORE you can bring in the next heir right?

If that is the case then how do all the 'Have a baby/Have a girl/boy' etc wishes count? Because they wouldn't be fufilled until the moment the next heir is born not before, this would mean that if you were relying on one of those for one of your 5k wish requirements, you would be completing it at the same time as the heir is born not before. Wouldn't this automatically fail you?

So how do the various 'Have a baby' wishes qualify then? Can someone please explain? Thanks.

Metro said it was acceptable because the moment the heir joins the house is also the same moment that you're completing your requirements.  So you need to have everything else done before getting pregnant and then those wishes will count but only if they are your last requirement needed. 

It's down to timing.  A baby wish is fulfilled as soon as the window pops up to name the child.  The child doesn't actually join your household until after it's been named and given traits so technically the wish requirement was achieved prior to the heir being born.

Like Silverbella, I have not had any moths in my game lately. At least in a couple of different games my sim kids have had the butterfly bonanza -challenge and they have not been able to complete it because no moths have ever spawned.

I don't have Supernatural and I have not downloaded the latest patch yet, so at least that is not causing the problem.
