So, we're still getting a lot of freezing, to the point that the menu and other tabs lag too. I'm going to try a move; do I save the family with the house or no?

Sounds good! It looks like I need to update the life states list with the ITF ghosts. Better late than never. :P

EDIT: The new ghost types from Into the Future have been added to the eligible life states list.

• Yellow Ghost (mermaid death by dehydration)
• Golden/Clear Ghost (Death by Time Anomaly)
• Red/Golden Ghost (Death by Falling from the Sky)
• Blue Striped Ghost (Future Urnstone Hologram)

• Imaginary Friend
• Genie
• Werewolf
• Fairy
• Witch
• Alien
• Mermaid

Without ITF for myself, I can't test the plausible mechanics of getting these ghosts within the dynasty rules. However, they are all available in CAS, and I also trust players to make a wise judgment on how their sims can die of them without breaking the rules. If you need to discuss a situation, don't be afraid to bring it up. :)

I'm kind of confused about the traveling rules, I have 5 sims I want to send to Egypt for three days, because of a school opportunity. So would that take up 15 days, which is too many, or just the ones for the heir and previous heir which would be 6/7? No days were used the last generation.

wa-wa-world, the last point from the first post in the thread:

• Your heirs are allowed a maximum of 49 days vacation.  You can use these days for vacation/University and/or Time Travel. You gain 7 days at the birth of every new generation. Spouses & spares have no vacation restrictions.

So, if only two of your proposed travel party are heirs you only count the days for them (so that would be 6). The others won't have their days counted against the restriction. Of course, if they return home early, you only spend the days they actually were there for ie leaving during first day - 1 day for each, leaving during second day - 2 days for each.

Why are you sending so many sims to Egypt, is there anyway you can cut down the number? I've previously encountered troubles when I've sent more than two on holidays, plus keeping them all occupied can be a pain at times.

I didn't see the "no restrictions" part when I read it, it's a lot clearer now thank you. And there was no real reason for sending the entire household other than I just felt like it. I forgot that sometimes traveling can cause problems. Again thanks for explaining that  :D

Am so glad to be able to try this dynasty again. New computer, fresh install and no bugs so far - bliss.

One thing though is that there's an error in the list of 5000+ wishes. Create 20 elixirs was only 3500 for my sim with Alchemy Artisan LTW. It may just be bad luck with her other traits of course but thought it should be noted.

Yeah, I think that is one of the trait/LTW dependent ones, but it's been a while since I've had an alchemist, so I can't remember what the conditions are for making it a 5,000+ wish.
