Well, technically it doesn't, but this is a seven life state challenge.

So?  Needing seven life states is apparent when someone reads the rules not looks at the picture.  The picture was so we would have a picture of different life states not specifically a picture of seven life states.

University Life content has not been approved for the dynasty.   When we are prepared to say what you can and cannot do, we will give specifications.

Are we allowed to use the Fountain of Youth potion on non-household sims?

Wish Enhancing Elixirs are allowed.  You just can't count any wishes as being over 5000 if the only reason they were over is because of the elixir.

No Life State changing elixirs - no cures, no fairy potions, nothing.

Read the Life-Extension section.  The only person with restrictions is an heir.

I thought it was just the Potent Cure Elixir that wasn't allowed since it changes Life States but that Cure Elixir was allowed because it

Cures the pestilence, Zombie, tragic clown and toadification curses without affecting a Sim's supernatural status

She's referring only to the Potent Cure Elixir. The regular Cure Elixir is fine for whatever woes you have.

I am referring to the Potent cure which is why in the front it says life state changing.  Only one of the cure elixirs is a life state changing elixir.  Sorry for the confusion.

Use of a dresser is now allowed on days other than birthdays for heirs.   However(!), it is recommended that you check the heir's age and write it down before sending them to make sure that you don't get the real bug instead of just the temporary one.  If you do get a real bug, you have to contact the team immediately - have it written down what the Sim's age was so we can help you figure out how to proceed.  Double check that it's the real thing by saving, exiting the game and then reloading it.

The other 3 instruments can also you the max skill wish and earn 5 000 in tips wish, with different names for each instrument as well.

I have a little question: Am I allowed to place some of the University lots before starting? (Like the Nerd Shop)

That has not been revealed yet. The challenge team are working on approving University Life content, which is a long and arduous process, and they will tell us as soon as they reach a decision. Don't play your dynasty files with the new expansion until they tell us so you can keep your opportunity to place University lots.

I'm having trouble sending my teen to her mausoleum job (again). The family owns the lot, she changed into her career outfit (only one option), I added a second mausoleum to the lot and got her to change to working there...

Now that dressers are being allowed again I'll see if I can add another career outfit to see if that helps.

Does anyone have any good ideas? She's a ghost if that makes a difference.

If the family owns the lot and she's not that far in the career - I would delete both mausoleums and place a new one perhaps.  Or at least do that after she reaches level 3.    Have you tried having her be at the graveyard before work starts?
