No icon for my cabin?

While traveling , I liked the camps so much I saved a couple to bin.

I decided to play with one sim I'd had before and saved. I used one of those 'camp' lots as his home.
The lot has no icon, the saved lot does have one. The saved lot is community.

The cabin built over that lot also has no icon, and neither does the cabin extended to accommodate Robert Ancilla and his "reincarnated" (in cas) Father.

How can  I make this house lot have an icon?
