Good tip for levelling Fairies
« on: September 08, 2012, 11:32:39 PM »
I've found that if you have a fairy start an aura before bed, then have them sleep in the fairy house, they will gain levels while they sleep! And because of the fairy house, they will actually replenish their magic.

Another tip is the get the largest day spa package ($7500).  This gives a moodlet that last 7 days and will eliminate the out of power moodlet.  Then turn on one of their auras and let them go.  They will run the aura 24/7 after that and level up quickly.

The package stops the 'magic depleted' debuff, so your simmies can cast magic even though their magic bar is empty. My additional tips would be:

- Have an aura on 24/7
- Fairy Prank objects until you get to level 5
- Once you get to level 5, use bloom on mushrooms, because you can use it 4 times in a row, (Five times if you've just planted it) then harvest, then 4 more times, whereas other plants you only need to bloom once - unless it fails.

Another way I've done this without mushrooms is to cast bloom on a plant until it can be harvested, harvest it, plant the produce, and then cast bloom on the new plants. This way you get 3 more casts for each of the "child" plants before they need to be harvested.
