Ugh, this makes me realize that Bailey is in fact based on Bella, she even looks like her. And to think I made her my Sim's wife.

The only name that caught my attention was the Singh name and werewolves.  If the female had been name Nanili, it would have clinched it.

For those who are not into paranormal romance, Nanili Singh writes a series called Psy/Changlings; there are three races, the Psy (they are the bad guys), the Changlings (good guys) shifters, and humans, who are the weakest race.
So, when I saw her last name, that series came to mind, the SnowDancer pack (wolves).
None of the members of the family match any families in the SD pack though. 
It is interesting to see how they blended tv series with the characters in MF.

Has anyone noticed some of the residents' connections to True Blood and to Bewitched?
 
Marigold Maldano shares Sookie Stackhouse's backstory from the novels and TV series - she inherited the house from her grandmother and is descended from fairies. Marigold's ex-boyfried is Gladsten Farmwell, who looks like Alcide and lives in a trailer like Sam, both major players in Sookie's life.
 
The Durwoods are most definitely a play on the 60's TV show Bewitched - human husband, blond witch wife, and witch mother-in-law who disapproves of her son-in-law. Rick Durwood, with his big ears, even looks like Darren.
 
Does anyone see any other residents with connections to supernatural television shows/movies/books?

YEah, the Household that is a vampire, a werewolf, and a ghost are based on Being Human and the Cumplebottoms are based on Charmed.

Musical houses, LOL

For some reasons, some of the residents have decided to change houses.

Crumplebottoms have moved to 155 Horseshoe Bend, where the Singh's lived and they are no longer there.

The Nix's have moved into the Ivy home, the Ivy's are gone.
Family named Padilla (don't know who the family members are) has moved into the Crumplebottom home. 

In one of my games I have lost the Goodfellow, the Ivy and the Singh families; and the Roommates Supernaturals are gone also.  That is quite a number of sims leaving the town. Oh, Pappy died also.   
Added has been the Padilla and the Agree family. I need to find out who the family members are.   

Anybody know anything about them?

After the start of the game, Story Progression will move in new families that are complete unknowns to keep demographics where they need to be.  And it's different for every game.  Your next thirty times in Moonlight Falls will most likely never have a Padilla or Agree family.

In the file when I writing up this list, Beatrice was employed as a Latrine Cleaner. Just finished loading up my game, I created a new file for Moonlight Falls and she's unemployed. Not sure if the game randomizes that through story progression, but I'll edit the post and have her put as unemployed.

I think the game randomizes the jobs, careers, of the townies along with the places they live in.  Or else it has fun playing a big joke on the players.   

I have had Beatirce C be unemployed and also as a Latrine Cleaner; she has also been married in a couple of different games.  She and her sisters have lived at the home you have listed, in one game they lived at the home the Singh's lived in and in another game they left town.
One game had the vampire family, can't remember the correct way of their last name, the word ghoul comes to my mind, living in the Modern Mansion and their home was empty. 

I think the programing sometimes gets the hichups and everything goes nuts for a bit and we end up sitting around and going

On here and the Sims wiki, Param Singh's LTW is the Perfect Aquarium one. However, in my game his LTW is World Reknowned Surgeon.. Is this some type of glitch?
