Vampirism now transfers through CAS?

I'm sure that the last time I loaded up a Vampire sim that I saved to CAS she didn't become a Vampire in game, however just now I got Hannah Longing out of the Sim Bin for the first time in ages and was expecting to have to make her a Vampire again, only to find she already was one? Does anyone know when EA made this happen? I'm sure it never used to.  ???

Yes, I noticed that too. I don't know when that happened, though it was somewhat recent. I don't think it did that in June.

When Late Night came out, a CAS vampire would stay a vampire if saved when they were a vampire through the share option(ack mouthful) but only if you didn't change anything about them when you pulled them up in CAS.   So if you pulled Hannah Longing up and immediately went into the game then you're good to go.   I have two vampires on the official exchange - you could download either one right now.  Put them into your game and they would be vampire.

Ah right, I didn't change anything with her but the last time I did so maybe that is why she wasn't a Vampire.  :)
