Can someone tell me where to get animal shrubs?

I'm seen them in pictures, but have no idea where or how to get them.

Those are topiaries.  You get them with the sculpting skill.  At a certain level, you can choose to sculpt a topiary, along with clay, stone, metal, etc.

Topiary isn't unlocked until you are level 10.  Most of them are available through buydebug if you're not working a challenge file.

Of course, if you don't have Ambitions, and if you don't why not?, then you can't get them even in buydebug.
