Guide not loading?

I hope this is the right place to post this but, is anyone having trouble loading the Guide? The blue background, the top section and the "index" on the left load, but then it just stays like that and doesn't load any content.

I can't load anything there. It could be my computer but Facebook, my email and the forum are loading without problem.
