In your opinion, what's the hardest LTW to accomplish?

I think the Monster Maker one...tried it twice and haven't been able to accomplish it yet. Maybe it would be faster if I went with getting mummies, I dunno, but building a Simbot without cheats is brutal.

Really? I found MM to be quite easy in my Dynasty.

Granted, I had 5 generations to gather the materials ahead of time, but soon as my inventor turned young adult, the opportunity chain popped up, and her LTW was completed quickly.

It becomes less of making cool stuff and more of directing your sim to the shower when his/her rear catches on fire. The first time I played an inventor, he almost killed half of his family through that.

Someone on our forum made an awesome house with an inventing basement with an extinguishing system using the steam trap. If anyone knows where the link is, can you post it please so I can bookmark it? That would fix your pants on fire problem

Home Design Hotshot is way the hardest ive erver tried!!
Last time I gave it a go I chose the Observant LTR straight away, had a list of what items sims will like added for what traits (eg. bookworms love bookshelves) and still only managed 1 or 2 top reviws by the time I gave up!!

I'm not sure if it helps, maybe something for me to try out, but there is a glitch with the architect profession. When you go into the renovate mode, it sometimes loses the job progress panel, and takes the funds from your own money. It also adds them to it. You can completely demolish a client's home this way. You exit renovation mode, and then go back in until the job progress stays, then build them a new house. It doesn't have to be fancy - just the basics is fine, plus whatever it was they asked for in the job.

I'm dreading having to do firefighter again. In my Fletcher Legacy my simbot rolled up the Firefighter life time wish and I've had to switch LTW close to when the simbot fills up its age bar.

Haven't tried Investigator, but I'm guessing that'll be similar difficulty to Firefighter.

Well, getting the right materials relies on a bunch of random drops, so if you're lucky it COULD be insanely easy.

Also, I did make some pretty stupid mistakes both times (wasted time on a process that I mistakenly thought would supply a certain material but did not) so it might be more like I'm bad at this particular type of challenge.

Honestly, I found all of the LTW to be easy and/or manageable except for that one! But I've never tried playing an architect...

Also, if people are wondering about the easiest challenge, that's Culinary Librarian! And all the career LTWs are insanely easy with an Ambitious/Workaholic combo.

I've completed Culinary Librarian three times! That one is probably my favorite because it's so easy.

I haven't done many LTW's, but for me the most difficult ones are the ones that require a "Perfect" thng, like aquarium or Garden

I would never be able to bring myself to complete the master of seduction challenge.  Probably because I can't bring myself to make two sims woohoo unless they're married, To me, Marrying a sim to 5 different sims is a challenge.  Other than the one that I just don't like doing,  monster maker,  I have to admit, that I am horrible at finding gems, bugs, and all other things,  I just don't have the patience to search.  Also,  I have tried to complete perfect garden, and, ok, well this is probably another case of me not having enough patience, but still.

I definitely understand not having enough patience. I'm trying to make ambrosia. I've got ten in the needed skills, I've got a pond stocked with deathfish, but I've yet to find a life fruit seed and I'm tired of waiting for the plants to grow. On the bright side, I have a death flower bush.

I have already grown outstanding life fruit, so i am almost there to grow perfect ones. But how do you get death flower bush except harvesting one flower that is in the graveyard? Off topic, i think you should give the Reinnesance Sim LTW to your founder, or the artistic heir if you have a dynasty. I completed the Heartbreaker challenge, and it was really easy. I must say that Descendant of Da Vinci might be a hard one, and Great Explorer too, but if you like completing tombs to their end a lot, then this one's for you.

The death flower bush grew from a seed I found somewhere in town. I never went to the graveyard for it.

In my opininion I would have to say I find the Ambitions LTW's the hardest. They all take forever but I havent tried quite a couple of the LTW's from base game and other expansion packs so some might be harder.

I have yet to complete the (excuse wrong terms) Great Adventurer LTW. It entails a lot of traveling and could be expensive if you don't waste time in foreign countries collecting profitable stuff to fund you. If you do, it takes forever to complete anything. And all those keys... Finding them requires plenty of thinking and patience at times. But that is part of why I will keep trying. The challenge drives me.
