Welcome to our Forum!

Both your ranch and blog look very nice.  I've played primarily with cats because I'm a cat person in real life, but your ranch makes me think maybe I should try to make my own ranch.

Hiya!

Thank you so much :D I've played with cats, dogs and horses and I have to say the horse element was done very well and it seems a lot more rewarding playing with horses. I think it's because their skills (jumping and racing) actually work toward competing and winning prizes and money. Plus the horses traits matter a lot when you're breeding a pair together because the better traits they have, the more money you'll get for them once you sell them on (for example: when every foal is born they have the "untrained" trait, but once you've gained their trust and ridden them, they lose this). Blah blah blah!

Well well, just as my blog was getting going and I was enjoying this game even more, all my saved games have disappeared! I've tried to rename the backup files etc etc but it hasn't worked. I don't know what else to do, I am actually really upset! I played for two generations and the game gave me immense happiness! :/

I guess I'll start again...

Thanks to anyone who took a look at my blog. I think I'll set up a new one if I start a new game.

Oh my.  I don't want to get into details here because it would be off-topic, but you may want to post about this problem on our Technical Help board and see if any of our members have suggestions.
