The Beginning
Chapter 1: The Deaths of Saviours

Alec looked out over the ocean. He had the largest lot in all of Sunset Valley but for no reason other than his skills. He had saved so many lives he was known as a worldwide hero, he and his team. They saved people’s lives. They were the Saviours.

He sat down in his office and remembered how it all happened. When he first met Canary. When he was saved by Kelsey. When Cam first teleported. When the team grew to a grand total of 10. But now, most of the Saviours were dead, and only four remained. Four Saviours who should still be a team if the incident never happened.

Canary had nearly mastered her powers and was preparing for her first tour. Canary was the girl of the group who would make everyone happy. She’d just have that effect on people. But she could change her voice into a screeching sound that only certain people could here. She stopped many in their tracks that way.

She was outside singing to Jason and Cam. Jason was a telepath much like Kelsey. He survived the incident but Shades was not so lucky. She was a phaser. Someone who could walk through objects. She had walked outside when she was halted when she heard screeches. Everyone was worried when she collapsed.

Soon we could all hear it, except for Canary. She had no idea what was going on. She tried to stop the screeches by sending out her own. Cam teleported away and up on to the roof. The collision between the two sounds and Cam’s teleportation created an explosion. We were all spread out across the field but Cam was on the roof, where he had teleported to.

We were all in hospital for weeks. Cam was the only Saviour doing any saving. We were told we would all be fine but the day before we were discharged, Shades was killed.

We thought it was the explosion, but when we found a poison in her lungs, we knew it was murder. This separated all of us. Blames were sent every which way. Being the leader I tried to calm everyone, but it was no use. Canary and Cam were blamed for the explosion. Alice was expected to have placed the poison in her food and Kelsey was thought to have erased everyone’s minds from Alice’s work. We all left the hospital and only returned to the mansion to collect out things. Cam was left at the door with full property of the mansion. We had all left, we were all no longer Saviours.

That was the first Saviour to go. What none of us could believe was that it was actually the hospital that put the poison into Shades. Someone wanted to get rid of the Saviours, and killing was the only possible way.  After Shades death, the team was broken and we were easier to kill. Some of us stayed in touch but soon we all grew distant. But we all came together when the paper had stated this:
‘Ex-Saviour Jason has been found dead in the local park fountain.’
We all met up but it was no use. Bringing the team back was not going to happen.
Weeks later Alice was dead and by the end of the year, only Cam, Canary, Kelsey and I were left.  It was a conspiracy against. Someone wanted us dead. I called everyone in. We needed to find out who wanted to kill us.

It took us months but we were finally able to find out who was trying to kill us. The Em Jackets. They were a mysterious evil bunch. They were each sentenced to a life in prison. It was the last of Saviours dying. We now stay in touch and see eachother often but it’s time for a change. People needed us. People needed the Saviours.

“Can I please speak to Ms Bald? Hi Canary, meet me at the park in five. We need to talk.’

This is only the prologue of the actual story. 'The Beginning' will have 7 chapters and it won't end until after Supernatural's release since I don't want to start the actual gameplay until afterwards to avoid some bugs.

The Beginning
Chapter 2: Getting Back Canary

I’ve been a singer since I was young but when my powers began to manifest, I had no idea what was happening. I hurt so many people. That’s why when Alec asked me to join the Saviours I couldn’t say no. I needed to save people to make up for those who I had put into danger. I saved so many with the Saviours. After the incident I couldn’t be a Saviour anymore. I was no longer a Saviour once we uncovered the Em Jackets undermined business, I wanted to follow my dream. I wanted to become a singer. I had been singing just for fun for years, so it was no difference.

I had first gotten gigs at the park. I wasn’t very popular at first but it wasn’t until I saved someone during a gig. She was a small girl, I didn’t think it had anything to do with anything until I looked closer at her.

It was Shades but much much younger. It made me feel terrified. I looked away to get my mind set, and when I looked back, she disappeared. I was freaked out for months. Nightmares were all I dreamed. That’s when she returned.

She asked me to help her. I was terrified. How on earth did she get into my house!? But even with this terror in my head, I had to help. She told me that we may have defeated the group of people who killed her, but the actual killer was still around. She knew who she was, she was Kelsey. I screamed.

I had no idea what to say. I straight away found Kelsey and fought her. It wasn’t pretty. With her telepathy and my sonic blasts, we were evenly matched. It was only when Young Shades tried to hurt us both that Kelsey read her mind and sent her thoughts into my mind.

She wasn’t Shades. Just a mere lookalike. Someone wanted to finish off the job that Em Jackets had started. We found out who wanted us dead. Catherine Miyes. She was my old best friend and this was a hired assassin. Catherine wanted revenge for something or the other.  We were able to get this assassin in jail but Catherine is still roaming the streets. This information caused the four of us remaining Saviours to begin to get more in touch. We were on the phone to eachother everyday and met up often.

When Alec called me up and wanted me to meet him, he sounded urgent and worried. I ran down to the park to see him waiting for me.

‘We’re bringing the team back.’
‘What! Are you kidding me!’
‘I’m serious Canary. The world needs Saviours.’
‘Why are we coming back now?’
‘We won’t be superheroes anymore Canary. We’re getting old and our powers are beginning to weaken. There are others who are already taking up the superhero gig. I have a different idea.’

‘So what’s the idea Alec? What’s the idea that you needed me urgently?’
‘I’d rather tell you with the others.’
‘You haven’t spoken to them yet! I thought I was the last one to call whenever you needed a hero!’
‘I know what you’ve been through. Why you started to make us all talk to eachother. Kelsey told me. You’re as good as anyone to call.’
‘So why me first?’
‘Because, you live closest to me.’
‘Great reason. Who do we go to next?’
‘We go pay Kelsey a visit.’
‘Off to the police station we go.’

Chapter 3: Kelsey Cashick, The Interrogator

I’ve seen many different crimes working for the police. Being an interrogator and a telepath, there’s no crime I can’t find the culprit of. There was one crime though, that I never would’ve thought of. I was called in even though it was my day off. I never could’ve guessed who needed interrogating. This was Kelsey Cashick’s worst day off ever.

There was a massive robbery and Cam was expected to be a part of it. I couldn’t believe it. My old best friend was a criminal. I read through his mind gave no idea what was going on. His words told me was being framed but his mind said otherwise. His mind said he was a part of it until I looked closer.  But his thoughts weren’t his own thoughts. Someone was able to put thoughts into his mind. A telepath most likely.

I told the police Cam was innocent and went away with him. I needed to know what was going on. I took him outside and to the park where we had a chat.

‘Who got those thoughts into your mind Cam?’
‘I don’t know. They called themselves the Tricksters. They were clowns. My memories are fazey. You should get into my head and see for yourself. They tried to wipe my memory.’
I sped through his mind with great interest. Not even I could wipe memories. A very professional telepath was involved. That’s when I saw it. The location of the circus clowns.
‘ Teleport us over to the pool. They are there right now.’

When we landed at the pool, I saw them. A group of lunatics doing tricks. One entered my mind.
‘Come for something Kelsey?’
‘Only the money from the robbery.’
That’s when they shot off. One sent telepathic pain into my head. One tried to tie Cam and I to a bench with his super speed. And the other hit Cam with a laser straight from his hand.

‘What do you want?’
‘The police to forget all about the robbery. Nothing more, nothing less.’
‘Why do you think we’d make them do that?’
‘Because, if you don’t this town will be turned upside down. Everyone will become clowns. You’re worst nightmare if I’m correct Cam?’
Cam grunted. He was scared of clowns. It was a useless fear. I sent thoughts into his mind.
‘I’m trying to make you forget about your fear of clowns for 5 minutes. Distract them.’
‘You sure about that, whatever your name is.’
‘Oh yes. I seem to have forgotten introductions. My name is Tele. I’m a telepath. She’s Laser and he is Bang. Bang has speed and Laser has lasers.’
‘Shame that in a few minutes you’re powers will have caused you to be in jail.’
‘You’re only joking my friend.’

I read through their mind. They did the crime. I caused a distraction Cam teleported himself behind them and gave Laser a punch. The grip of the rope on me was reduced so I blasted Bang with my mind. This only left Tele. Cam teleported behind her but she reflected his attack. She prepared a shield from my telepathic attacks aswell.

‘You can’t defeat me. You aren’t Saviours. You can’t save the world from the Trickstas.’
‘No but they police can.’
The police were quick in running in. My message had reached them. They were large in numbers and were able to get Tele. These were her last words before they knocked her out.
‘A telepath can never be defeated. Don’t you think Kelsey? You are the same as me you know. You even use your powers the same. To get what you want out of people.’
This confused me. Was I the same as her?

From that day onwards, I still used my powers for interrogating, but I wouldn’t be the front person. I would only use my powers if help was needed. I kept in touch with Cam, Canary and Alec even more from that day, but I never expected them to visit me at work. They came into the station and spoke to the receptionist, Sam, and asked for me.
I wasn’t there though. Sam knew too. I was down at the bistro. I was having lunch at the bistro. It was my lunch break after all. They snuck up on me. Canary gave me the biggest fright.

‘Alec, Canary! What are you two doing here!?
‘Looking for you Kelsey. We need to talk.’
‘Let me just. What! You want to bring the team back!’
‘How on Earth did you know that?’
‘It’s called reading minds Alec. You should know that. You are the leader and all.’
‘Of course Kels. The world needs the Saviours again. But apparently for something different. Alec won’t spill.’
‘He’s good at keeping secrets.’

‘So are you in or are you not?’
‘I’ve been wanting a reason to quit work for ages. Of course I’ll come.’
‘Good. Let’s go find the final Saviour. Hopefully he’ll join us.’
We all said this at the same time as we entered Alec’s car.
‘CAM!’

There won't be an update today because I have a few other things I need to do but I assure you that next Wednesday and Sunday will have updates, hopefully.

The Beginning
Chapter 4: Cam, Get Out of the Way!

The car stopped in time. I was all too familiar with this feeling. Less than one year ago I had done the exact same except different people were in the car. Alec stepped out of the car while the girls tried to register what had happened.

But why was I there? Why had I teleported in front of the trio as they were driving away? Well, I needed their help of course. I had been attacked only this morning by someone too familiar. Someone that Alec and I knew too well. His name was Jack, Jack Spareow. (Pronounced Jack Spare-ow) He was a born business man. An evil one too.

We had met him years ago when he wanted us to do a job. A job no ex-Saviour would accept. He wanted us to kill eachother in a duel. It was madness. He said it would be good viewing. We of course declined but he was enraged. So he decided, he’d put us into an arena and have us fight drones until we died.

He trapped us in a room that opened into an arena. We fought for hours. Drone after drone. I pulled their wires apart while Alec smashed them into eachother. We had had enough when we decided to escape. The drones had to come from somewhere. We found the hidden entrance in the sky and I teleported us through. We managed to escape but Jack couldn’t be found until this morning.

He came to my house as I slept and when I woke up and went to get breakfast, he was there, sitting in my armchair.
‘Fancy meeting you here Cam.’
‘I thought you had disappeared forever.’
‘I’m here to finish a job and, how do I put this lightly, kill you.’

He had a gun and slowly brought it up to my body.
‘What should I shoot first? Something that isn’t vital, so you don’t die right away.’
‘Why are you doing this Jack? You had everything and then you threw it away.’
‘Because, I wanted to kill the man who killed my sister.  Don’t you remember little Jessica Spareow.’
‘She only died because she was foolish. She nearly blew up the entire city. She nearly killed you and your family’
‘She had the power to save us. She would have but you killed her so I’m repaying the favour.’
He shot the gun but it was a waste of a bullet. I had already teleported behind him and threw the gun.

‘What you should know Cam is that you’re not the only one with a power.’
He became a ball of fire. It made sense now his business. He sold many things but the main seller were fire capsules. Those were only sold in the black market and classified as illegal. What made sense was how he made them. Scientists could never figure out how.
I tried to stop him but his flames burnt down everything. The fire brigade were quick to the scene but Jack was flying away heading towards the military base. He was uncontrollable it seemed. I teleported as far as could one teleport at a time. You see I can only teleport short distances but I am still strong. That’s when I stopped in front of a car, Alec’s car.

‘What are you doing Cam!? You could’ve killed yourself!’
‘I know I know but we have to hurry. Jack Spareow is on the loose.’
‘That maniac. What’s he going to do?’
‘Alec, he’s turned into a fireball and I think is heading towards the military base. There are bombs there.’
‘Girls, time for the first Saviour mission, stop a fireball before he explodes the whole town.’
