A house for a friend. 1 bedroom 1 bath

The house you made for your Sim with the KPST, you should put on the swap shop.
This is the first time I've attempted this. The only other time I did something like this was giving 3 of my sims to be put in UC so it should be the same way I hope. He asked me for the house I made for my sim using KPST and I promised him if I found it I would do it for him, so here you go Greg! Hope you enjoy it! Here is a pic of it.

About the garden, I had just started her so basically it's all nice, very nice plants and there is also at least one money tree that I know is growing.

Sorry Pam, I'm not used to doing this and didn't even realize there were rules. My bad.

It's a one bedroom, 1 bathroom I think it's 30x20 lot size. I know for sure it requires Katy Perry Sweet Treats, and I think the dresser is from Showtime. I'm also not sure how much it costs, I just uploaded it for a friend, and didn't keep track of it. Sorry. Before I do it again, I will go into the game and look. Also, another note I thought I cleaned all the items she had out of the house, but when he downloaded it, it came with the Axe of Pangu, so that's a freebie for you haha.

This is a nice house, I've downloaded it and I'm going to put Agnes in it. Thank you so much for this.

For the truly wronged, satisfaction can be found in one of two places,  absolute forgiveness or mortal vindication. This is not a story about forgiveness. When deception cuts this deep, someone has to pay.

@Esther1981:

Would you mind putting the proper description on your house that's shown in the Swap Shop rules?  And maybe a little more description in the subject line?
