Colts Personal Blog and Thoughts PT 2

Good Evening everyone, Shannon is busy with getting ready for Snowflake Day or is it what you guys call Christmas in the Human world? So I thought I would take the time and share some more of my wonderful childhood with you.

Last we left off, my wonderful mother had just divorced my dad and left. I was, no words can describe my feelings, I was hurt, angry and just felt like a piece of garbage. After dad left to go to work. I went out to Waylon's Haunt for a while.

Colt: Now I can relax and have some fun. Just need to dance and talk to the ladies.

Colt: Hello there sexy momma, wanna dance?
Sexy momma: Hmm isn't past your bedtime, little man?

Colt: Ouch, I'm wounded. Let me introduced myself, I'm Colt Brooks, Don't let the package fool you.
Sexy Momma: *laughing* Well ok then, I guess it won't hurt to dance with you. You are sorta cute.

Colt: I really like this music, it speaks to the soul.

Colt: I some nice babes in here tonight. Hmmm yeah...

LOL, wow. I thought I was the stuff back in the day. I worked out, the body, the attitude, the looks. Oh, to be young again. Then I noticed the time and forgot that dad was home from work. Walked out the door and right into arms of Bridgeports Finest!

Police: Hold it right there Brooks. I've been out here waiting on you.
Colt: What did you follow me? Nothing better to do?
Police: Yes sir, saw you go in, so I knew you would break curfew again this month. Let's go, your dad is not going to like this.

This guy wasn't on the Boss's payroll so I was going to hear about this when I got home.

When we pulled up I saw him there in his pj's looking out the door, the look on his face was not a good one.

Tony: Where have you been? *sniffs* Let me guess? Waylons? You smell of cheap drinks and woman.. Colt, your too young to be there. We've talked about that.
Colt: Oh please, dad come on. You've never had a problem with me going in there before. All I was doing was dancing and doing some flirting. I needed to let off some stress. It's not like you haven't done the same thing.
Tony: Go to your room, you have school tomorrow, we'll discuss this more tomorrow.

After that I think I went to school maybe 6 more months, then I dropped out. Got a job with the Boss, working with dad. I had a talent for sticky fingers and pulling off jobs. If I knew then what I knew now, I'd stayed in school and listened to my mom. Over time, she became a distant memory to me. Like a long lost relative. Then dad started getting older. Whispers in the warehouse about the Boss was being pressured about his bargin with another BIG BOSS, but they say this Boss, you didn't go back on. They way they looked at my dad, gave me cold chills.

Well I'm off to work again. I really should retire, but these §7,000 paychecks look to good.

It's not been easy for him.
When you're young, you don't think so much about it, but when you get older every single detail counts.
Colt is wonderful for letting us all have a peek at his blog like that. That takes a lot of courage.

Spring has Sprung

Joy: Spring is coming now Cruz, your birthday is here.
Cruz: That means we can get out of the house more and plus I can hold my girl once more?
Joy: Yes my wonderful baby boy. It's love grand?

Cruz invited a friend from school over, he wanted to have at least one more Best Friend before his birthday.

Cruz: Hey Brad, what going on?
Brad: Oh nothing much. Just wanting to get out of school. You?
Cruz; Same here man, my girl had her birthday already and that's hard on me.

Cruz: Maybe when we graduate taking the trash out won't be so bad anymore. *laughing*
Brad: You are crazy man. You'll probably get married to that fine woman you got and have a brood of kids.

Brad: WOE Cruz what was that?
Cruz: A potent Friendship Elixir, My granddad makes them. Makes us Best Friends for life.
Brad: Cool, that's fine with me.

Cruz: After school, I'm going into the Political Career, maybe you can donate to my fund.
Brad: Just call me and I'll be there for you friend.

Colt: Not sure if I think this new remodel of the Kitchen and living room. I like the way Agnes had it.
Me: Oh hush ole man. You still have your bedroom. Caden and Colby have to share now.
Colt: I'll only my bed with Agnes. After Penny, No one will ever grace my bed again. That belongs to my sexy momma.

Cam: Good Evening, SimBlip, I hope this find you well. I was hoping you could forward me some information on Solaris? I'm doing some research for my next book. I really just need info on what the planet is like, and the people.

Colt: I'm so proud of you Cameron. A prize winning Author.
Cam: Thank you Gramps, but I believe I have you to thank for that. Your a brillant man in your own way.

Colt: I'd be nothing without Agnes and my family. You guys give me reason to do better, Son.

Colt: I think you need to take some time away from that machine and enjoy your wife. NOW.
Cam: Don't have to tell me twice, gramps.

Caden: Hey baby girl
Heather: Hey stud, what's happening at the house?

Caden: This ...

Margo: OMG!! Snookums!!! I missed you!!
Cage: I love you woman!!

Cage: I'm still eternally faithful after all this time baby.
Margo: I know you are.

Cage: Today is Cruz's birthday. Our little man is growing up honey.
Margo: Oh no. It just seems like yesterday, I gave birth to his daddy. Oh Cage..

Cage: It's ok honey. I know how you feel.

She almost got lost in Boot land.. LOL she is adorable and Colby loves that little cat alot.
YAY, the lovebirds have been brought back together. I got not be happier. They are so happy together.

Cruz: Liana, I've been thinking about something over the past few days since I've not been able to do much anyways.
Liana: I'm listening.

Joy: That's my Que to leave.
Cruz: It's here somewhere. What did I do with that?
Liana: Cruz, What are you looking for?

Liana: *breathe catches in throat*
Cruz: Liana, On the night I walked into this very room and saw you, I knew I would spend the rest of my life with you. Something in your eyes told me that you where the girl for me. My every thought after that was of you. Your eyes, your face, the touch of your soft fingers on my face. I love you. Liana Trevino, will you do me the honor of becoming my wife, my equal and share our love together for the rest of our lives?

Joy: He's a great kid, will a great future, but he has to tell you about our family honey. It's not bad. But it will surprise you. I have a feeling if you look deep in your heart, you already know something about us that you can't explain how, you know how you know it.

Colt: My pleasure son. I'm looking forward to my next generation.
Cruz: Easy now ole man, I just asked to her marry me, and I'm not in the big of a hurry to have mom pass away yet.
Colt: I know and I didn't mean it that way.

Me: Wow Colby, that looks just so awesome.
Colby: Thanks, I might try another later before I let you place this one.
Me: That's fine. Just let me know. Okay?

Joy: I saw a picture of a new cake in the bakers magazine I read and I'll make it for you guys when you are ready.
Cruz: Thanks mom.

Cruz: I want the wedding to be a spring wedding. I don't want to wait to long. I want you here for my marriage mom.
Joy: I'll be here son. As long as you promise to tell Liana about the dynasty and all that goes with it. Make sure that when the time comes, she eats plenty of your granddads special watermelons. Have to make sure you do all you can to have a daughter Cruz. It's up to you.
Cruz: Gee, no stress what so ever there mom. Thanks
