Winter Wonderland

As the sun comes up in Sunset Valley, the first day of winter begins:





Cam: The snow is beautiful, I heard the weatherman say that it's the first Sunset Valley has ever seen.
Joy: I know, isn't it great?


Cam: Not as great as you are.


Cam: I was thinking that maybe we could have a winter wedding? Snow and all, what do you think?
Joy: I think it sounds cold, but wonderful Cam.




Why are you face down in the snow?
Joy: *muffled voice* making a snow angel


Cam: Hey honey, I'm gonna build a snowman.



Cam proceeded to walk to the side yard and built a igloo all own his own free will.


Caden decided he wanted to take a dip in the pool. 


Margo: Wee this is so much fun.


Brooke in her insane way, came out in her swimwear and built an evil snowman on her first try.


Cam: Shhh. maybe she won't find us in here.
Joy: Giggling. Silly she can find us anywhere.


Joy: I'm cold Cam, Can you warm me up.
Cam: My pleasure ma'am.

Woohoo!  Literally   I love Brooke's "winterwear" as it's something I've actually seen Artie do.   Sunset Valley is gorgeous in the wintertime.   Joy doing the snow angels face first is kinda quirky.  She's not insane right?  I can't wait to see the wedding!

They finally delivered the Family Fun Arena, Colt ordered for the kids.

I don't even try to correct her anymore. LOL Brooke is her own person.    Sunset Valley is breathtaking in the fall also. I can't wait to see spring. She's not insane, but that made me do a double take. I'm hoping to get the wedding up tonight, if my eyes let me, they have been hurting off and on all day because I don't have my new glasses made for the cataracts. if not tonight, then in the morning.

Polar Bear Club

The next day the Winter Fest started. So after a few books were done. A few of the family members headed down to the park.

Cage and Margo hit the ice skating rink.


Later, Cam hit the snowboard ramp.




Afterward, everyone met at the beach,


Last to show after work as Colt and Brooke. Everyone swim for a few minutes and then ran home to a nice warm house, but they all left with the Polar Bear moodlet.


The next day, Brooke built a Grim snowman, I took it as an omen, because Brooke is 93 in shot. A day older than all the others when grim came.

What ya got there Brooke?
Brooke: Well Duh. It's a Grim Reaper. I've given him a name, would you like to know what it is?
Sure?
Brooke: Artie! After the redman from work.
*choking*, Just what do you know about Artie?
Brooke: I know enough, and leave it at that.


Colt: Look I built a Hockey player.


Now they have a yard full of snowman..

Cam: Yep, finally.. feels great too.
I can imagine.

Before the sun came up, Amber joined him on the ice. I figured they would dawn a pair of ice skates, but no they just float over the ice.




Amber: I love you Colby and I miss you.
Colby: That voice is music to my ears, honey. I love and miss you also.



And then, she was gone.

Cam: Well, Are you ready to become Mrs. Cameron Brooks?
Joy: Oh yes I am. Lets do this.





Joy: We're really doing this now?
Cam: Yep




Joy: Cameron Brooks, will you take this ring and become my husband? My soulmate, my love, the father to our family?
Cam: OH yes I will.




Cam: Joy Barksdale, From that first day in class, I saw and invited you to our house. I knew I would marry you one day. I loved you then, and I love you today. I hope you will be my wife for now and forever.
Joy: *tears* Oh Cam, Yes I love you




Cam: Well Mrs. Brooks, We did it.
Joy: Yes we did Mr. Brooks.

Joy: I hope Brooke behaves, you know how she can get.

Joy: Yummy, this cake is delish,
I hope no notices that the buffet table is floating off the ground.

Cage: Brooke, Stop glowing, your scaring people.


Cam: Hello my love, are you cold or anything?
Joy: A little, but nothing you can solve with a kiss my love.

Cam: You are beautiful out here in the snow in that dress.
Joy: Your not to bad yourself handsome.


Cam: *whispers* How about we go over to that igloo there and warm up?


Joy: Let's go big boy..


Cam: Rrrrrr
Joy: ohhh



Of course Joy takes the hard way there.




Cam: You have made a very happy man tonight.
Joy: I am a very happy woman. I love you

Back at the house:

Cam: Well I guess she was cold and tired. By the watcher she's beautiful when's sleeping.

True is was fairy tale feeling. That's the first wedding that I waited a few days to actually have.

Remember Brooke is insane, so she changes her outfits quite often. But she glows alot. So I guess she keeps warm that way.
