AGNES MAKEOVER


Will the money Colt got for the cars $11000, Agnes brought with her the book Snowflake something worth $705, Bwan Speedster $85000, This is the start of the house. Alot of empty rooms, but that will fill up as money comes in.

Here's an aerial of the inside of the house. Like I said ALOT of empty rooms. I'm thinking of moving in Simis and family to help with the start of the Dynasty requirements. Plus it will bring in more money also..


ME:Colt put her down NOW.
Agnes: I'm not living here until someone tells me about THAT VOICE!
Colt: She's the watcher so to speak. She helps with things we need. Trust me, I know she takes some getting used to babe, but you can't just up and run away like that.
Me: Agnes, I'm sorry I scared you. Colt should have told you about me sooner. But mister hot in the pants there has a free will sometimes and doesn't listen.

The next morning or may I say afternoon, Colt is out back working out for finish his first opportunity.


And Agnes is starting to working on her Sculpting.
Agnes: I can hear you out there.
Me: I know. Do you feel better this morning dear?
Agnes: I guess, Can I ask a question?
Me: Sure go for it
Agnes: Would I make more money selling Paintings or Sculptures?
Me: hmmm To me, in my opinion, Sculpting as a  career is a money maker. You can also paint on the side and sell some to the gallery.
Agnes: Great it's settled, I want to be a sculptor.
Me: Well lets get that Sculpting skill up first then you will be set to go.

After going to City Hall and registering as a Self-Employed Sculptor. Agnes headed over to Central Park to talk to Jocasta Bachelor.
Agnes: Hi Jocasta, How are you today?
Jocasta: OH Agnes, I'm fine, I heard you got married to that new guy Mr. Brooks that lives up in SummerHill Ct.
Agnes: Yes I did Jocasta, how's the family? Do you still garden? Simis still fishing?

Jocasta: Oh yes dear. Michael wants to paint, but for some reason is working PT at the stadium. Bella wants to be Photographer. Have you seen the new tubs at the store Agnes? They are to die for?

Agnes: OH that's great, honey!! Hey I have an idea, Why don't you come with me up to the house and we can have a chance to talk and catch up?
Jocasta: That sounds good Agnes. I'd love too.

BACK AT THE RANCH
Jocasta: You have a lovely home Agnes. I'm so happy for you.

Agnes: Jocasta, I have other reasons for asking up here? Have you and your family ever thought of moving?
Jocasta: Moving? Well, we have thought of it, but never really had a place in mind. I've always wanted to live up here on the hill with the beautiful views of the ocean and the bay. Why do you ask?
Agnes: Well I can't go into detail at the moment, but hmm Colt and I would love to have you guys live here with us. You can have a garden, Simis can fish across the street, Colt can have a pond built here later if he wants, and the kids can learn the skills that they want and not have to worry about jobs if they don't want too.
Jocasta: Are you sure? I mean you two just got married and all.
Agnes: Look at this house. It's big and we have plenty of room. Plus when the time is right, you'll understand.
Jocasta: OK my friend you got yourself and instant family so to speak. LOL

Sorry Rica.. see his free will is showing. LOL Maybe I need to ballet class or something? I hope the update is good, I'm not feeling to good tonight, sinus' are acting up and I'm starting to feel like poo.

I designed the house after one I fell in love with in Riverview it came out. Mine is a little bigger. But I loved the house and and lay out, it's easy to build up if needed.

Well, nothing major to report on the home front during the day. The kids went to school, Jocasta went to a gardening class, collected some seeds, and started her garden. Simis went and took a Fishing Class, ,then he went over to the courthouse and registered as a Angler. I had a pic of him coming out of courthouse, but I guess it got lost..

Simis: I hear you breathing
ME: Really?? WOW
Simis: Yeah wow. It's very quiet out here at night and you can hear things for miles.
ME: So how do you like your new living arrangments?
Simis: As long as the little ladies happy, I'm fine. We've known Agnes for yrs and I like this guy she married so far.
ME: That makes one of us! So catching anything?
Simis: IF you'd go away I would.
ME: FINE



Agnes: *thinking*

Colt: Who invented this game?

Agnes: I got a promotion today at work.
ME: Good girl, Keep up the good work

Jocasta: I hope Simis is enjoying his time fishing. He should make some good money soon.

Agnes: I hear that it pays good for the bigger types of fish. Plus the ones that come from the graveyard.

Bella: I'm off to bed, go a field trip tomorrow. Plus Uncle Colt looking at the store for a camera for me.

Agnes: Ok, I've completed, 5 Clay, 5 wood, this is my 2nd ice. How do I stop them from melting?
ME: You have to complete 25 ice sculptors to stop them from melting, then you can do his sculptor.
Agnes: OH MY!! I've got to get busy. I'm glad Bella wants to learn to paint and do photography.
ME: Well. You have to do the paintings until she can get to that level. But it won't be long. Plus, I think Michael want's to be a chef. Not a painter.
Agnes: Good. I can help him if he needs it.
