Sims stop going to work

Im having a big problem with my sims! They stop going to work usually after reaching career level 5.
I try different career options but when the car comes to pick them up there is a glitch and nothing happens.
Anyone with suggestions? I have had this problem for some time now with different sim families.

I had this problem with one of my sims but my sim was not at level 5. What I did was plan the carrer outfit so maybe that will work for you. Maybe try resetsim?

For some reason, the carpool has stopped showing up for my sims.   I still get the message that the car will be showing up in two hours to pick them up, but it just.. doesn't.  I just open up their career panel and click the go to work icon.  A little bit of a hassle, but it does get the job done.  Maybe this can help you too.
