Downloads Won't Install

I hope that I'm posting this in the right place. Today I was trying to install some store content I downloaded last month, but every time it says that the installation failed due to my game not being updated, but I updated my game earlier. Other stuff will download and it's only certain items that won't install. Does anyone have any sugestions?

Have you checked to see if Origin is up to date?  Is it premium items that won't install?

I'm pretty sure my Origin is up to date and the items that won't install is Lucky Palms, the Technophobe No More set, the Lucky Simolieons Casino set and the Fun for kids of all ages set. There are some premium items in those I think. Any idea what I can do to fix the problem?

What is your exact patch number? When you mouse over the Sims 3 base icon does it say 1.36.45?   Are you signed into the launcher when you go to install the items or do you stay offline?  Have you tried it the opposite way?   The game is very finicky now about making sure that only the person who purchased the items can use them.  When was the last time you did a store content update? Have you tried installing via the downloads dashboard in game?
