Make x amount sculpting

I found an interesting thing with the sculpting skill: If your sim has a wish to make a certain amount sculpting, place the sculptures in buy mode. Then sell them. Your sim's wish will be completed while in buy mode. Now go ahead and undo the sales. Your sim got to keep the happiness points and the sculptures! It even works repeatedly. You can sell, undo, sell, undo etc until you meet the required amount!
