The Sims 3 Seasons: Announcement Thread

I have the Sims 3, Riverview, Pets, WA and now SN.  LOVE that town.

Okay, then I can pick this expansion up later on.    

Right now, my car needs tires    so that is less money for fun stuff.

I am playing this on a laptop from 5 years ago, only 2GB ram. I think the most important thing to gaming is a dedicated graphics card. So far I have base game and 4 EPs. Not the smoothest gameplay experience, hair pulling at times, but the laptop does manage to start the game without killing itself, not too much. Everytime I manage to start the game, I consider it a blessing.

I still have 3 EPs to go before reaching Seasons, I really envy you guys.

Me too. Although watching wrestling cut 3 hours out of my wait time lol. Now it's only 35 minutes. I can't wait to see snow in my game (not in real life!!) and I'm also looking forward to getting a man abducted by aliens!! Also someone on wrestling made me so mad I saw red and I vowed than and there I was going to make a sim version of him and he will have the honor of being my first sim to freeze to death.

LOL!  I wholeheartedly support this as a means of purging negativity. I need to do it myself.  I preordered a physical copy, so I can't wait for you online purchasers to show us screenshots.

Thank you!!  I can't wait either!! I cleaned out my screenshot folder so I know all my screenies will be from Seasons!!

EDIT: It's after midnight where I'm at, and in my Origin it still says not released yet.

I have a really slow Internet so I won't get to play it until morning . It's 9:25 PM here right now. Others will probably get it installed before me even though I got it sooner than some.

Hmm... That's actually a good question. Maybe like the town with some special effect, like the season, if you aren't playing summer first. But you don't need to post it right away, so don't worry.

You're very welcome! Ok, I plan on playing winter first. So I will get pics of the town covered in snow, and try to get some pics of the festival for winter for you. Also, I'll be playing in SV, that's really my favorite town!
