The Sims 3 Seasons: Announcement Thread

Copying from the official reports is one thing but please don't copy from another fansite and always include a link.   SimsVIP is known for her fact sheets for every EP/SP and I would hate for her to think that we were stealing her stuff. 

We did see this list of items from the live broadcast where Supernatural and Seasons were both covered.  There is a possibility that some of them are food booth only much like the nachos and wings from Late Night's bars.

Anyone else thinks those aliens look a bit like simbots? Makes me wonder if they actually can have babies at all. Kinda disappointing if that is true because male pregnancies and alien babies were one of my favorite things in Sims 2.

That was my favorite thing too! If it doesn't happen in Sims 3, I'll just continue on with doing it in Sims 2. I'll be disappointed if they function like SimBots because creating aliens was my favorite part of the console version of Sims 2. I'll be happy to have aliens back either way.

Speaking of Ambitions features, I wonder how the Ice Sculptures will hold up with the hot sun in the summertime.

I think that thing that alien has is his clothes, something like space suit. I think they will still be able to woohoo with other normal sims and other aliens.

As far as I know, ALL preorders of Sims 3 expansions are Limited Edition, at least as far back as Pets.

You can still buy Limited Edition versions of Showtime here in the UK, not sure about Pets but I have seen Showtime in a Game shop which was limited edition.

I think the addition of tanning rooms is really irresponsible. They might as well include smoking. Surely they could have included a 'tan in a can' instead.

Yeah it does seem a little bit odd as to why they didn't just have only the Sun give suntans. I guess they wanted a way for Sims to have a tan in winter or something.

Sparklers...soccer field... yes !  Can't wait for those. Sun tanning booth, I sure can do without. I'm a little shocked to see that item in the sims3.

I completely agree. We don't need such a popular game encouraging the use of cancer-causing machines.

I like the pics. Those sparkles are great! But i agree that they shouldn't add tanning booth in the game  .
