I'm not sure, but it'll be over 200 (the most they can get from eating large rocks). :)

I just think that it always comes out on a Thursday and since the US usually get it on a Tuesday, I just add two more days to the US release date.
Your world would look amazing in autumn and winter.

Same here! I was so excited about tomorrow, until I found out Australia's release date for it. :( I guess we just have to sadly wait.

Friday then is when I should expect my parcel at my dad's work. I'll tell him to keep an eye out for it - it's easier than getting it sent to our house and maybe missing it and having to go to the post office. :)

Yeah, I won't be getting mine for around about two weeks after release. I wanted to pre-order, but that was a no because my parents want to be safe and not risk giving away credit card details. I know Origin is fine and everything, but I was alright with them saying that. My mum said that she would get it via lay by in Big W. I did point out the fact that it's $10 more expensive, and that there's a chance it won't be on shelves for a while. She didn't mind, so I don't either.  :)

If I ace my exams then I'll probably get Seasons next week but that is very unlikely. Otherwise I'll get it at Christmas.

I'm actually rather excited for this but for everything not seasons. I like the festivals, new parties, the hot dog costume (the background of my iPad is a picture EA posted of heaps of Sims in hot dog costumes eating hot dogs) and the new hairstyles because they look rather cool. Much more excited than I was a month ago.

I should get my copy on Friday but knowing the great British postal service I will probably not get until Saturday.

Glad you and your Mum have a plan.  Just wanted to say you can also order games from Origin and other sites with prepaid gift cards.  That way you don't have to worry about personal credit card information on the internet.

What is the name for the town?  I haven't seen it anywhere I  have looked; and the location, where is it  based at, or west, midwest, mideast, east, south, north, inbetween, none of the above?

Or is set to fit just to fit any town, and no set location?

There is no town with the Seasons expansion. Unless you meant my world that Gogowars mentioned? That is called Cypress Lakes, and the link for my work-in-progress is in my signature.

I was thinking like Riverview or MF.  I finally got around to reading past the first two pages (24 pages !) and it will take me a while to read them all, but I saw that it is probably SV.  It would be a good location with the beaches and hills.

I am getting the thread off topic, I think.  Thanks for info.
Now, back to our scheduled program.
 :)

I know I will be adding this to my chirstmas wishlist, along with Showtime and Supernatural.  I'm so looking forward to the holidays and the snow and the falling leaves.  It will make for some great story telling in some of my building ideas.

Edit: Some thoughts that also occured to me, in part after reading the Tutorial thread about the seasonal lot marker.  Is/will it be possible to say, set it up for the bed sheets to change with the season?  Or would you have to buy a new bed and style it for each season?

Also, the Katty Perry Sweat Treats stuff pack trees and stuff will probably look really cool in winter.
