Hmmm...the laundromat, Twinbook's Library missing skill books, and the consignment store. The list is sadly getting longer, folks. :( Hopefully there will be a big patch soon.

I went into the laundrymat and saw like 4 piles of wet clothes on the floor, maybe other sims are tired of full machines too, lol.

I'm afraid I have one more for the list, unless it is find out and solved of course: selling invented stuff at the consignment store doesn't give my inventor sims promotions. I really wish I could solve that.

Haha that happened to me too! But then I moved houses and my gnome was sitting there in my family inventory!

Let's move back on topic, please.  The laundromat is no place to list the problems in the game.  :)

My Sim doesn't have a washer or dryer and therefore does not produce any laundry.  She spins out of her clothes and doesn't leave a pile of dirty clothes, just like in pre-Ambitions games.  So my question is...  Why is there a laundromat at all if there are no dirty clothes unless you have a washer/dryer?

Your sim can go to the laundromat and pay $35-60 for the fresh clothes moodlet.

Even without bringing any dirty clothes?

Yep!

How? I've find out that bringing clothes to the laundromat ingame is even more difficult than inventing robots and time machines.

Don't know if this is the right place to post but yesterday i noticed something weird. My three teenage sims worked out before bed time. They got exhausted so I just sent them straight to bed without hitting the shower. They all had red hygiene bars. BUT when they wake up the hygiene bar was up ca 50%. I found it to be very curious but then i thought that maybe it had something to do with the cleen sheets moodlet? Or maybe it's just a glitch or something.

You do not need to bring clothes to the laundromat. You just send your sim to the laundromat and find an unoccupied washing machine. That is the difficult part, because it seems that other sims always go there, start their washing and then abandon it, so after a few days most (if not all) washing mashines in my sims' town are occupied and no longer work. You can figure out if a machine is occupied or not by a tiny light on the panel of the machine. If the light is on the machine is in use, if not you can click it and do your laundry (just make sure you click the washing machine and not the dryer ;) ).
