His and Her Beach Retreat
What I used:
-No C.C
-Sims Late night, ambitions, and pets are used.
Cost and Size:
House costs furnished  $145,500
Lot size required is 20x20 or larger.

Basic features:
1 bedroom
1 bathroom
Elevator (no stairs because stairs are no fun)
2 car parking spot (including cars)
2 bike parking spot things (including bikes
Fancy features:
Pool
2 Outdoor showers
2 indoor baths
Digital fish window

Now for your tour…

The outside

This home features… exposed parking!

Take the elevator up and enter the living-dining-kitchen room.

Up another level…
The “spa”

Even if you have to work from home, it won’t be so bad here…

And of course the master (and only) bedroom,

One day with a couple who stayed here:

Got ready for the day together

Cooked in the kitchen

Enjoyed a swim in the pool

Ate dinner on the deck together

Took a walk on the beach at night

Got ready for bed together

Relaxed in bed together
WARNING: For Sims with personal space issues this house is not recommended for you. Spending more than 1 week with another Sim in this home may cause emotional breakdowns.
WARNING: For single Sims this house will most likely make you sad and lonely.

This is my first house I have put up on the swap shop. I hope you enjoy it!

This is really great! I can't wait to put it in my game.  :D
If at first you don't succeed, call it version 1.0.

I want to stay there!  I promise I won't be sad and lonely if by myself.  I would just enjoy the peace and quiet and great house!
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

Thank you very much (I love spa-like bathrooms!).

I think it would be really neat to be able to have a fish-tank-window.
