That was a well written ending to a well written story.  You took us all on quite a moving and hilarious adventure for so long, it's like saying goodbye to an old friend to see the word 'complete' on the headline.  I have enjoyed your story immensely and I sincerely hope to see more of your work in the near future.  Good luck.

I have been remiss in commenting lately, but I've been reading and loving it all. I'm sad to see this end. But at the same time it was a very satisfying ending.

I am really sad to have read the ending. I do have a question, will you continue to play this family? Or is the save going into the archives?

Thank you all so kindly. I am glad that you have enjoyed it as much as I have enjoyed writing it. Yes--I am in the process of starting a new story. The prologue is mostly complete and I have a good start on the first chapter, though personally I want to have at least through chapter three finished before I start posting. :)

I'm still staying in Sunset Valley for this one...and it is another love story...though quite a bit different than this one. I have three couples planned with a fourth maybe couple. We shall see what happens. ;)

Sigh...I'm sad to see it go too. It's like letting go of an old friend.

Marcus will be coming back...but I have another story that will most likely come first. :)

Yes and no. Once I get Marcus's tale off the ground I will be continuing the family in a way, though as far as I can see you won't see much of anyone save Marc and maybe Eugenia and baby Ethan. I'm not sure yet. The idea is still in its infant stages at this point...and I still need to get one of the store worlds to do what I really want. :)

I did save the individual family units into my library in case I wanted to play them again though.

Just for grins I CAS-aged Hadrian and Celestine to young adult.

It blows me away how the Sekemoto genes have absolutely dominated even to his great-grandchildren. The only thing not from Leighton is their eye color (which is all Bella) and Hadrian's hair (Holly). They are gorgeous, gorgeous kids.

I am looking forward to your new story. Hadrian's hair color is a lot like Bebe Hart's, Celestine is gorgeous.

  • Let's spread kindness, grace, and joy.
I just spent a good part of my free time over the past couple days reading this story and Raia, it's amazing! I couldn't 'put it down', even when I had to get up early the next day for work I'd keep telling my husband "just one more chapter." This story truly and wonderfully is a work of art.

Now that you mention it, the hair color is similar. The only real difference that I see is that Holly's hair is more of a strawberry blonde.

You are very kind to say that. :) I am very glad that you enjoyed it. The family was just a joy to play.

This story was very heart-warming at times and shocking at others, the way you wrote the events is just brilliant, I'm quite sad it's over because it just happens to be my favourite story on the forum, I'm most certainly looking at your next story and I'm already hooked  ;D, the deaths of Holly and Ethan showed how much love they had for their family, and history just loves repeating itself in the worst possible way  :'(. Thank you for making this.

Oh, Raia! I never knew you intended to end the story when Holly and/or Ethan passed away, but it seems so fitting now.
I can't begin to thank you for the pleasant hours spent reading your wonderful story. I know how attached you've become to all your characters and writing an end to this story can't have been easy. You did it so well, though.
Congratulations for finishing a most wonderful story and thank you once more for writing. :)
