Question About Schools

I have a question about graduating Sims. Sometimes it will have them as graduating at Community High School instead of the regular one (example, Community School For the Gifted). Does anyone (esp. coders) know why this happens and how to stop it? I find this annoying, because I am picky with my Sims down to the last detail.
