You can only have 8 sims maximum in your house. You can move out an elder or wait for one to die (cruel , I know), and then have either an unrelated male elder or the husband impregnate the wife, assuming that the couple is heterosexual. I believe there's a 50 percent chance of the baby being a vampire if only one parent is and 100 percent if both parents are.

Yeah I know about the 8 sims thing that's what I meant when I said I'm dying for them to have a baby, I meant I needed one of the elders to die (horrible I know) I ended up buying the house next door and making it a retirement home for my elders, so a new rule in my game when they hit 80 the move next door and I can start on next generation.
