Triton King Pet has a plot twist to do with him that will do something William will be intrigued at and also rather annoyed about

So it took me a ridiculous amount of time to catch up, but wow. First of all, it must be mentioned that of all the titles I have seen used to reference me in other's stories, 'Philosopher' is the absolute best. What a rush! That was very cool. Secondly, can't wait to see the treasure--it's built up so invitingly--and a mer-pet is so sadistic, it's perfect. What better than a sentient being as a pet? We can only hope they do get a werewolf next!

I thought the one who brought us the term "Squicky" deserves such a magnificent title!  ;D

Why would they downgrade to a werewolf?  ::)

Buahaha I would die laughing if my most significant contribution to this illustrious Forum was the word 'squicky'.

Eh, true, merpeople are much cooler but I was thinking of it more as a complete set thing than a downgrading thing.

"William: Arachne! I have a surprise for you!  I stole a pet for you!
Arachne: A puppy? A Kitten? A unicorn? Maybe a werewolf?!
William: No. A mermaid, the king of them actually. You get to break him so he can be entertainment for everyone!
Arachne: Ooohh... I love it!
Arachne: I am Mistress, and that is what you shall call me. You are Pet. You haven't earned a name yet. My family owns you now and you will do as we say. I have been tasked with training you, so you will obey me, chiefly."
I just loved these lines so much ;D

Arachne: I love that Voodoo doll.
William: Reminds me of your mom's old days, scary stuff.

Arachne told Pet that she brought him some kelp to snack on if he'd be a goody boy today.

She had him drink a potion to make him susceptible to hypnosis (She wasn't quite as advanced as good ol' dad yet)

She hypnotized him into a completely submissive state,

*Thinking* "Time to do a little fishing for information"

Arachne: So, mermaids can summon sharks if they want?
Triton: Yes mistress, mermaids can summon a shark at any time. Your loyal pet once had pets of his own.. I named them Fluffy and--

Arachne: Yeah yeah, and how can I get myself to be all scaly like that?
Triton: You can eat a piece of mermadic kelp.. I had one on me but I was saving it for when I thought you were going to starve me..
Arachne: Give it to me. Now.
Triton: Yes, Mistress.
Arachne: Alright, let's get you back to your cell, I've gotta go, pet.
Triton: But what about my kelp your promised? I was a goood boy!
Arachne: Never ask anything of your mistress, you just Un-earned it! *Giggle*

Arachne informed William that she knew how to make a mermaid, and that she had gotten a piece for herself. She told him she planned to become one, and accelerate the search.

He was very very pleased with his dear little girl.

Arachne ate the kelp and began her transformation.

Arachne: *Thinking* Hurry up and change already, time is not on my side, we've got to find the treasure soon.

Finally, the change was completed. Arachne was a mermaid.

William entered the room after he heard the sounds of bubble pops, doesn't he ever knock?  He was very pleased with the transformation. His search for the treasure would be much quicker now.

Days passed quickly; Pallas worked out, to make himself look more intimidating during business deals.

Pet hadn't seen mistress in days, just food magically teleported to him.  He missed her.

Elizabeth cleaned, as she always had.

Arachne was cooking up a scheme in her dream, as always.

Elizabeth showed remarkable drive to learn, and be useful in other ways to William some day.

It was her birthday, and William had decided on a very very special gift to her.

He gave her nice clothes, and for the first time shoes. She was granted full status as one of William's descendants, fully superior to any un-related Sims.

She summoned the Bonehilda, a skeletal servant of unmatched loyalty. Of course, whoever said her loyalty was unmatched clearly had no idea how Elizabeth felt about William, after he freed her.

Poor Pet. That Arachne sure is a piece of work, and very nimble. She always lands on her feet! I agree with Pippin. Things are getting very interesting. And if I were Pet I wouldn't waste my time. Arachne has no heart to win ;D

Elizabeth... Why do I have a feeling that things are going to get squicky with William soon?

It gets no less Squicky from here, (un?)fortunately, there's a certain % of William's DNA I'm trying to get an heir to achieve
