The fourth paragraph in this guide:

It's worth noting that Toddlers can learn the Logic skill using the pegbox, as well as reading the Finger Painting, Handprints of the Masters, and Don't Stay Within the Lines Toddler skill books.

Those are the wrong toddler skill books! Further down, this paragraph is pretty much repeated, but with the correct skill books.
