The only towns I have are Sunset Valley, Riverview and Twinbrook sadly.
I am tied between SV and RV, as I find the scenery quite beautiful for both. I am just starting to get bored of SV, because of the familiarity I have with it and because of the too much of a suburbia feel to it.
Riverview reminds me of this country town that's about a 3-4 hour drive away and the community lots are spread out more. Yes, I admit it is hard to get around Riverview, but I prefer it that way. No town in my area has a school or other lots on the main street/ town centre, so I find it more realistic.
*sigh* Twinbrook, Twinbrook, Twinbrook. How ugly you are.
Yes, I agree with the others that with Twinbrook you either love it, or you hate it. I'm with the latter. (Complaining session coming up) I just don't like it how majority of the starter homes are found in the swamp, where it is SO far away from the town centre and pretty much anything, and it takes so long with a taxi/ sloppy jaloppy as that is the transport starter sims would have. I don't like the dirtiness of the place, if I would have to drive by or visit TB in real life, I would be running the other direction, trying get away from it. The sims just make me shudder as well, but the hilarity of them is just wow! The pre-made families somehow don't appeal to me there, but I still prefer to play my own sims anyway.
I do also like the look of Sunlit Tides and Lucky Palms, but I won't be getting it in the near future.
