Naked Sims!

Oh, I just read your edit. I don't know what could be causing it, but I just had the same problem 3 days ago! My Sim decided to go to work naked, with no privacy pixels!  Luckily after she got home from work she was wearing clothes and it hasn't happened since. It happened right after I installed Showtime, which is around the time the patch came out, but I don't know if either of them caused it. I hope someone can give us more information about this.

I've had something similar, although not exactly the same happen.  It started when I installed the latest game update (which was just at the beginning of this week- I hadn't played in awhile).

After my sim gets out of the shower, she does the spin around thing with the sound effect (like she's putting clothes on... you know what I mean), but she doesn't actually put clothes on.  She does have the privacy pixels though.  She then proceeds to go about her day completely naked.  So far, when I've manually had her change into clothes it's worked.  I've only played one other game file since I started having this issue, but so far it's just affecting the one sim.

I also have no custom content or mods whatsoever.  I do have some official store content, but that's it.  I just assumed it was some sort of weird glitch with the latest update.

@heatherliz2002: yes that's exactly like what happened to me, it was just after the shower, only she didn't even have the privacy pixels! I got Showtime the same time as the last patch (coincidentally), so I guess that means the patch probably caused the glitch. I haven't had it happen since that one time.

Every time my sims WooHoo in the shower, the one that didn't initiate the WooHoo is naked and remains naked until I manually tell them to change. I had a bit of fun with having them run around town, though.

I was hardly playing the game at all around the time between the Showtime and Sweet Treats patches. (I own neither, by the way.) But the one time I did play, instead of stripped sims, I got one of my skintones replaced with the color wheel from Create-A-Pattern. Can’t remember if I had any CC, but I was also using the Steam version which is nutorious for rejecting any DLC, be it store-bought or third-party. I quit almost instantly and didn’t play again until the next patch. Never had that problem again.

How this relates, you ask? I have never had streaking sims, and the color wheel was a one-timer for me. Has it gotten fixed for any of you yet? I’d reccomend jumping to http://www.carls-sims-3-guide.com/forum/index.php/topic,3852.0.html if it hasn’t been.
