I Just Converted A Residential Lot To A Community One....

Is there a way to purchase this lot?  I made it into a small park. I'd like to do this without cheats.

If it's not a commercial lot and designated as a park, then you just need to "check real estate" with your phone or computer to see if it's there for purchase.   Remember you have to choose the button at the top that says "View Purchasable Properties" to see what's available.

If it doesn't show up on the "check real estate" list, go into Edit Town, change the designation to large park and try again - I've had this issue once before and I couldn't buy it until I changed the lot type. I'm not sure if small parks can be purchased at all.

I'm not sure where (or how much) the value multiplier is, but I think 'fishing spot' is the cheapest lot type you can purchase. I'd change it to 'fishing spot', unless you need it to perform the specific functions of a park.
