How do you "buy out" the other partners of a place where you are a partner! & how do you get an owners deed?

 You You go to the map highlight the place on the map that you want to buy it will give you the price if you can afford it then you click buy partnership. If you want to by out the property you do the same thing but click buy out property instead of buy partnership. You automaticly get a deed.
