Taking picture of family tree

Is there a way to take a picture of the family tree in the Simology panel?

If you're on a PC, hit the print screen button while it's up and then paste it into paint.   That's the only way I can think of.

If you're on a Mac, to take a "Print screen", you have to hit Command+Shift+3.  It will save automatically to your desktop.

I tried that, RicaLynn. All I got was a black screen.

Does hitting print screen while not in the game also give you a black screen effect?

Have you tried it with the game in windowed mode or full screen mode?

I've only tried to play in full screen mode. I don't even know how to do windowed mode.

I get the same thing for Print Screens but Windowed Mode allows it - go into the options menu and it's a tick box. There is also this program called Fraps that I downloaded that also allows screen captures and that works fine.

I found it. And, yes! It worked in windowed mode! Thank you so much!

That's awesome, Pam! It will help me keep track of the Crosby family. Thank you!
