Bartender Question

Will all community lots get a bartender if you place a LN bar, or only lots designated as bars or clubs?

If I put a LN bar at my beach, will it get a bartender?

I think it will, yes. I'm not sure what custom drinks would be available though.

I put a LN bar in a park once.  A bartender did appear, but I didn't think to check what drinks she knew.  I somehow resisted the urge to install one at the graveyard.

I once put the LN bar in the Sunset Valley library (don't ask...)

All the mixologist knew was the Spline Reticulator
