In Appaloosa Plains, I am quite the fan of Kenji Midden. I've used him as a Generation 2 Legacy Spouse and my founder for my Bird DecaDynasty.

Billy Caspian in Riverview has good genes.

Geoffrey Landgraab, definitely good looking after you take the drab hairstyle off of him.

Nick Alto actually have OK genes. His daughters who looks alike their father, become very pretty! Mortimer Goth is a bit handsome sim when he is an adult.

Sebastian Vanderburg have very good genes! I really like him! ^^,

I think that Jake Preston looks cute, even his tiny facial features xD

I did actually find Mortimer goth very handsome (one of the most handsome) men in sunset valley. Unfortunately, both children he produced turned out pretty bad (with my female founder who was very good looking), especially the girl, so I'm not sure if he has such great genetics.

I'm using Gobias Koffi in my dynasty, and once you've changed his balding hair and grey moustache, he's actually got very good genetics.

In my most recent legacy, I had a woman. Gage Briody, Dave Ramsey and Artie Page all moved in together. I had a baby with each (Edited by ratchie to remove profanity)) and eventually married gage (and left Dave and Artie to look after the three children!)
Anyway, I found Gage to have good genetics, Dave to have okay genetics and Artie had fairly poor genetics!

Riverview:

Twinbrook:
Shark Racket, Goodwin Goode, and Sinbad Rotter.

Bridgeport:
Devin Ashton, Matthew Hamming, Beau Merrick, Barry Tenderlove, Michael Sleep, and Ricky Bailey.

Appaloosa Plains:
Gavin Pinkerton, Kale Parrott, and Joey Sims.

Starlight Shores:
Wylie Luck and Gary Ghee (really haven't looked too much here, always go with Wylie 99% of the time).

Barnacle Bay:
Jake Coastal, Lee-Roy Johnkins, Moe Pesce, and Alec Trebo.

Hidden Springs:
Carl Abbot, Nicholas Riverhawk, Bruce Chesterfield, Pierce Shawkti, and Andrew Song.

Lunar Lakes:
Petre Stewart , Benjamin Benton, Michael Tomyoy, Chris Landgraab, Arthur Langerak, and Raja Ansari.

Lucky Palms:
Donovan Steel Steel, Taj Diwan, Darren Dreamer, and Lennon Sosa

I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting though.

He's one of the homeless/townies that always shows up in Sunset Valley, I also think he's a premade in CAS too.  He's got the shaved head, thick eyebrows, and always wears a tan zippered jacket and jeans.  Not sure if that helps...

I think that Matthew hamming is one of the best looking sims in the game, he's just a bit harder to get because of his 5 star celebrity status in Bridgeport
