Where's the Fog Emitter and how do I acquire one in the game?

I'm not sure what EP it came from, so I put this question in General Discussion. I was trying to build a Gingerbread house with the KPST stuff (my favorite!), and I wanted to add snow for a cool effect, but even though I'm a mod user, I don't want a CAW mod for this, because I'd like to be able to share it on here, for download in our Swap Shop, and I don't want anyone to have to use a mod in order for my upload to work, since it's against the rules, in this case, and it's not fair to anyone who likes a clean game. Anyways, I think I spent a whole hour looking for the emitter, with no luck whatsoever. Is it even in build/buy mode or do I need an inventor or a consignment shop? It's not in the buy debug mode either, and I'm a little disappointed. What does it look like, in case I missed it?

I'm so bummed, because I worked so hard on this gingerbread house, and was having so much fun with it, and couldn't find what I wanted to bring the final touch to the master piece.

It came with Ambitions. Go to buydebug and it's in the misc objects tab. It looks like a blue/turquoise ball.

Thank you! I thought that blue ball was actually a spirit from the ghost hunting career for some reason, which kind of made me more frustrated trying to find it! I was expecting the fog emitter to look more like a projector, or a strobe light machine that came in the LN Expansion.

Hopefully I can put it to the test, make sure it works, (no glitches!), so I can add it to the gingerbread house. I'm working so hard on.  :)
