I just read your whole story, and I absolutely love your story, and how the sims' genetics changed.  Last but not least, you are an amazing builder!

Congratulations on finishing! What an achievement, especially with all the extra challenges the bugs and everything brought. What a beautiful family. I enjoyed this story so much.

Just found and read this whole thing.  WELL DONE!  I would not have the courage to try such an ordeal.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

Again, I thank you all for reading and commenting on the Crosby family. I didn't realize when I started how popular they would be. I may try it again later on after Supernatural comes out. I probably won't post it though. I'm pretty sure I'll still be playing the Loving Legacy. It seems to be moving a lot slower, probably because I'm having trouble with the writing part.

This was a great read! I'm going to try to do this challenge/story, though I'm not sure if I will be able to upload a story. Great job!

Hello again, Judewright! Your story came as a total surprise. When I saw the title in your signature, I thought this was a Townie Deca Dynasty.
Big mistake! This is a spectacular and totally unique challenge in its own right.
I very much enjoyed your account of the roaming Crosby family. Your commentary style is wonderful: very personal, yet, crisp and to-the-point. Thank you for writing! :)

I find it hard to believe that I haven't posted yet in this wonderful story. It's amazing! This is such a great idea, and it was a joy to read! Any chance of this becoming a Project? I know Ausette's doing this one, and if I didn't have so much already, I would too.  ;D

Thank you, Audren! I thought about making this a project but I didn't think it had enough "meat," so to speak. It doesn't have any extra requirements or anything so I think it would need to be rewritten to make it a project.

I just found this story and love the challenge, I might try it myself!!

I love hidden Springs but the lag issue is terrible, makes me so sad.  I reset the town every few Sim days and that seems to help a bit.  ( I have mods installed and they didn't seem to help either!)  So very very sad. :(

Question - moving to different towns how was that accomplished?  Mods? Or saving family to the bin and starting a new town up and placing them?  Does that keep all their skills/LTW points etc? I assume it would cancel out their friendships (that seems obvious) I've never done it that way, in fact I don't think I've ever moved a family from one town to another.  :D

Question - How did you get a LTW during baby stage?  Your rules say you randomly rolled a LTW for the babies... how?

The genetics are awesome, the last child (young adult) is a cutie!  Amazing since some of the children (in my opinion) were a bit iffy... especially after you introduced the Ursine genes in there :D

I'd love to read more of your stories!  And I agree with everyone, your houses are amazing!  Mine always seem to look like boxes.   ;D

Thank you cndneh! Yes, I just saved the family to the bin. I put anything I wanted them to keep (such as gravestones, cars, etc) into their personal inventories. They lose anything left in household inventory. The keep their lifetime wishes and lifetime happiness rewards (and points).

Sorry, I missed one of the questions. I roll the lifetime wish when the baby is born by using a Randomizer on my iPad. I don't do it through the game.
