New World Coming to the Store - Lucky Palms (Residents List Available)

So it seems the screenshots of the casino were taken in a new world. Just read this on FaceBook

A few smart simmers noticed that our Lucky Simoleon screenshots were taken on a world that doesn’t look like any out right now. Hmm. Want to find out more? Make sure you check out The Sims 3 Store on Monday! http://Store.thesims3.com/

Might it be Strangetown, perhaps? (Wasn't Strangetown in a desert-like area) Regardless, if it is a new town, I'm getting it. It reminds me of my favourite getaway.  :D

SimsVip have dug up some information on this world - apparently called Lucky Palms.

The description in the article hints to new premium content - the Wishing Well. I like the look of this world, I think it is meant to be based on Las Vegas.

It screams Utah, Nevada and Arizona to me. Western USA in general. I like it, but they're basically flooding us with content at this point. I don't mean to complain, but it might just turn out to be a curse in disguise.

Like Hidden Springs. A town, that had so many glitches, it wasn't worth the price. I'll take the casino; but, a dessert town is no place I would want to live, and so, my sims wouldn't want to live there. Maybe they'll add residents that look like the people from the movie DUNE?

I bought Riverview, Barnacle Bay and Hidden Springs and was not pleased with any of them. Waste of money.

EA has announced a new world called Lucky Palms. Not much else is said except it has lots of recreational areas and stuff.

..Who else is interested? (I still won't be able to get though because my computer can't load Sims anymore :-\ )
