It looks like a nightie from the base game, recolored. Don't know why she'd be wearing it walking down the street, though. She might be insane.

I was actually hoping it wasn't part of the town, it reminds me of the base game sleepwear somehow.

It reminds me of the nightgown but notice the dress has buttons going down the front.  The base game sleepwear only has a henley style button part at the very top.  Otherwise, I guess this is new clothes!

No, the dress is not from any of those sets, and I don't think it's available at the store either. I'm guessing new content.

I'm fairly certain I have two pieces that match his outfit in my game already so I don't think that it's a new outfit.  Or they could have taken two pieces and put them together for an outfit.

I can't say I've ever seen that, and I change my sim's clothes very very often. I doubt they'd include store content on a townie's outfit because then it'd come with the town and those who already bought the item would be rather annoyed. It did look like the base game dress but it has buttons and the base game one doesn't.

I'm almost completely certain the dress is new content. The buttons, sleeves, fit, and lining around the collar and hem are all new to me. Plus, if that dress was in the base game I'd have used it heaps already!

Yea when I get this, I reckon I'll get the casino with it, just because I'll feel the town is incomplete without it - Hmm.. Maybe that was EA's plan all along.

Live chat is currently Live.  Lots of new cacti being shown.  New rocks and palm trees also included.   

This place is based off of the Salton Sea where part of the town has lots of dried lake beds.

Just finished watching the live chat. I really liked what I saw. Love all the new plants and trees. Pretty cool houses also. Just love the guitar shaped pool. It looks like they'll have two different bundles available. One with the casino and one without. I guess this new town should have a casino. Release date is next Thursday, June 28th.

I'm in love with the wishing well.  You can do two things with the wishing well: Fish or Wish.   When you wish, you can wish for Love, Wealth, Happiness, Power or a Child. 

This is a spoiler:

Wishing for Love will make a frog appear and he will either be a prince or just a frog.
Wishing for Happiness will grant a moodlet.
Wishing for Wealth might produce the Lucky Coin to be used at the Casino.
Wishing for Power, when you have a job, can give you job performance boost or a promotion.
Wishing for a Child can produce one or two type of children: A newborn nooboo (burrito baby) or an evil child.
