So yeah, just saw this, and wow. I haven't been particularly excited about any of the Store worlds so far (although I got Hidden Springs, and it surpassed my expectations) but this one is really looking awesome! The Wishing Well looks great, the new windows look great, the mailbox is perfect, and I really love the overall atmosphere of the place. Now, I haven't been able to play it yet (not enough simpoints, getting more first thing tomorrow) but I am really looking forward to it.

One thing that really stands out to me are the houses on the lake. I can't even begin to explain how much I love them. The pier in general is just fantastic. I watched the video where they created a sim and moved her into one of the houses, and I just fell in love (they mentioned that their team put a lot of work into the pier, and man, did it pay off). I very, very rarely play in prebuilt houses, but I'm going to have to try all of those out. They are gorgeous. I could go on and on. I won't.

Haven't touched the game in a month or so actually, but I'm even more excited about this than I've been for some of the EPs. Yay for me building up way too high expectations already!

I have the same problem. The Casino is not in my community lots library in edit town, and nor is it in my purchase history. I just made my own little pathetic casino with the slot machines and blackjack table.

Try looking in your Launcher, on the Installed Content tab. It shows up as being called "7" in my launcher. I didn't download anything separately, it just came like this. I haven't looked to see if mine shows in Edit Town or not yet though.

I bought mine as a package . When I went into Edit Town, it was in with the rest of my community lots and I was able to place it on the proper lot with no problem.

Sounds like I'll need to wave my magic wand and ban that sucker if someone plays in that town.  ;D

Considering some of the "love interests" my Sims have gotten from the well it might make some sort of an unusual challenge all on it's own.

Has anyone found Vampire Fish in Lucky Palms other than at the cemetery?  I've looked all around the water and at the Sport Fishing building, but don't see them.  Same with Robot Fish.

I just want to toss this out for anyone wanting to do a DecaDynasty in Lucky Palms.

Jaycen Hendrix is an ideal starter as he lives alone (and you saw Rica's list earlier). His LTW is stupid easy to achieve - he starts the game with 75,000 Simoleans, and has on his property a VFN Kompensator, a Bwan Speedster YL, and a Margaret Vaguester. Sell off either of the latter two, and LTW achieved. And then you can use those LTW to change his traits, if you so desire.

I know robot fish are in the spot right next to the highway cutting through town. Pirhana are in the river near the golf course area. I don't have the game open but I remember seeing vampire fish in one of the spots on the bay, maybe the one next to the pier. I'll look when I get home.

Edited to add: yes, the spot at the end of the pier that the houses are on has vampire fish.

I found the Vampire Fish (thanks lvrugger) and now I'm looking for Special Seeds.  I'm finding seeds hard to see on the desert ground.  I'm trying to find the spots lvrugger mentioned, but not having much luck yet.

You really need the collection helper or you'll never see the seeds. They are the same color as the ground in most of the town. Out of about 50 special seeds I collected in one game, I got a 4 money trees, 6 death flowers, 4 plasma fruit, 10 life fruit and the rest were flame fruit. I don't know if it's just my luck or what. At least the money trees will drop seeds.

Yeah, my Sim finally got enough happiness points to get the Collection Helper.  It's really the only way to go.

I've split the post with the list of the residents into a sticky topic of it's own so that it will be handy for players to find.
