Log 17-Leaving
I pull Shirley into a hug, and squeeze her tightly. Before hugging Marley. "Be good for Warren." I tell Shirley, struggling to keep my voice from cracking. "Okay, I love you Halie." "I love you, too." I kiss the top of her head and Marley's. Shirley lifts up Marley from the side walk. "Bye, Warren," I whisper. "Bye, Halie. I love you." "I love you, too" He kisses me before hugging me tightly. "Take care of yourself. Call us." I nod, and take a deep breath. "Love you all." I say, getting into the cab. I wave till I can't see them through the back window. I fight the feeling to tell the taxi driver to turn around. We drive in silence, all the way to the airport. I hand him the money, pull my purse on my shoulder and confidently walk into the airport. Security goes by fast, and I'm left sitting by the gate, waiting for the plane. I reread the flight information Oma gave me. Safely tucked away in my purse, are the keys to the rental house, the reservation number for the rental car, and a note that Oma wrote to me. She doesn't have her sister's address, so I have to find her. The people at the counter announce that the plane is now boarding.
I stand in line, with everyone else. Business men and woman, families with small children who are over tired, Older couples who visited the beach or are going to visit Grand kids. I doubt any of them are going to meet a witch sister because another witch asked her to to save time from the other witch. On the plane, it's loud. I sit in between a mother with a crying baby and a business man who knows nothing about personal space.
To say the least, it was a very long flight.

Short, I know. The next one will be longer. Hope you liked the mini update and please feel free to comment!

Log 18-Arriving
The hour after the flight was all a blur, getting off. Getting my suitcase, going through the mob to the rental place. The car that Oma requested, is pretty sweet. It's orange, and drives nice. I put in the address to the house and set off. I am glad to see that Twinbrook is much less affected then Sunset Valley, and even still holds it's own charm that Sunset Valley lost. I pass a grocery store, and turn the car around. I have no idea how long I am going to be here, and might as well get some supplies.

I had to ask several employes where things were. I was so used to my Grocery store, knowing where everything is. But I'll live. I walked back to the car and put the groceries in the passenger seat before getting into my seat.
I follow the GPS directions to the house and pull into the parking spot in front of the house. I step out of the car and breath in the clean air, it was cool, but not freezing. I lug my suitcase and bags into the house, and plop all the groceries on the counter,

before investigating the house. When you walk in, it's the living room. With white couches and green walls. The kitchen has dark cabinets and a eat in. One of the two doors is the bathroom and the other is the bedroom. After placing my suitcase in the room, I walk into the bathroom and take a quick shower.

The shower actually does clear my head, since I don't have to worry about the water bill. I get out, and get dressed before walking into the kitchen. I use the microwave to heat up a frozen pizza, and pour a glass of soda. As I wait for the pizza, I call Warren and tell him I'm fine and all that. I talk to Shirley, well, she mostly talks. About school and life as if I haven't seen her in a million years. I say goodbye as the microwave dings.
I carefully take out the bubbling pizza and place it on a paper plate next to the glass of soda at the bar.

I eat slowly, wanting to drag out the time. When I finish, I throw away the plate and refill the glass. I lug my computer on to the counter and turn it on.

I surf the internet, and read random blog post and stories before typing this up.
Soon, though, I can barely keep my eyes open. So I crawl into bed, and fall into a restless sleep.

That last picture are so interesting! I've never pay attention to the sims Pc. I like all the detail in your story, like the groceries on the counter and the picture of her showering in the mirror. :)
